Excellent Dr. Extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. Took care of business like a total boss. The way doctors should be. His nurse was excellent as well and very knowledgeable herself. The entire staff where all great. Minimal wait time and they’re office was probably the cleanest Drs office I’ve ever been to. They also gave me a last minute appt squeezing me in next day type of thing, so ty for that. 100% recommended hands down. Ty for providing such amazing service to you all. An example for others to follow.

Dr. Hellinger listened carefully and attentively and was thorough in explaining my condition and next steps to be taken. The office staff was very helpful and efficient.

From the moment I walked in I knew I was at the right place. The office it's on point. Picture perfect. Super clean, modern, stylish, comfy. My overall experience is 5 stars period. The receptionist was very welcoming, great personality, excellent interpersonal skills, patient friendly, calm and soothing, definitely needed for a place like this. The check in was very smooth. She nailed it. Dr Hellinger Office is like no other. They really understand that the patient is the most important thing to any doctor and they practice it 100 % I had never felt this in any other doctor office ever. He was very straightforward about the condition and diagnosis and offer me the solution on site in a timely manner. No endless referrals or long waits. My surgery was schedule the same week of the first consultation. The surgery coordinator is committed to excellence and explained to me the scheduling befores and afters in a very simple way. Simplicity for me is key and she definitely has it. Attentive and efficient. Got in touch with my insurance and arrange everything before hand. Thank you Mary for make it happen. The nurse was very attentive as he checked my vitals, put me on IV as I signed my consents, I could not believe it was done while I signed the papers. He definitely know his game and make a great addition to the team. Thank you for your service and snacks after surgery. The anesthesiologist was very polite and professional. I had never been in a situation like this before and honestly I felt very comfortable with the procedure he performed prior to surgery. I closed my eyes and wow I was done. Did not felt a thing. Everyone is different but for me I walked out from the office with no pain or discomfort at all and till now almost 8 hours later I had not experienced any. I will just follow up with the doctor in 3 weeks as advised with the propper recommendations. Whatever your outcome is don't be discouraged and trust in the process you came in with a problem and leave with the solution is best for you. It worked for me and can for you too Thank you Dr. Hellinger and all the staff for make this experience great for me. All the best, you guys rock!

My experience has been great so far. The ladies in the office are very pleasant and helpful. Mary the coordinator went above and beyond to get my procedure covered on my insurance. Dr. Hellinger is a straightforward doctor. Me being a guy going in for problems with my bum, it can be embarrassing. Dr Hellinger is always professional and explains what's going on, what the course of treatment is, what to expect. He hasn't been wrong. I would highly recommend this doctor and office to anyone having these problems. Remember - the bum can be serious and you want a doctor who knows what he's doing, has experience, addresses the issues and corrects them AND has an office staff that is courteous, professional and quick to help. From setting up my initial consult to seeing the doctor to follow up and next step information I felt at home with Dr Hellonger and his entire staff. Everyone was caring and friendly. Efficient and thorough and most of all professional. Dr Hellinger was on schedule and came right in. Asked the right questions and got right to the point. He is understanding and seemed approachable. He listened and made decisions based on my answers that were explained to me so I could understand what was going to happen. It was all very well run and very reassuring. I’m not finished seeing the doctor but it was a great way ti start with a physician I didn’t know. Very easy and comfortable. Nice people

Dr. Hellinger has many years of experience and is a first-rate doctor! I have had two colonoscopies with him and both times have been a seamless and excellent experience. He listens to his patient’s questions and concerns and offers compassionate answers and advise. I highly recommend Dr. Hellinger and will use him again in the future.
