The clinic is chaotic, and there appears to be an absence of effective patient follow-up protocol and control of clinic processes. Several times, we received multiple phone calls from various clinic personnel regarding the same issue. These phone calls were lengthy, and the majority concluded with, "well, we were already contacted to perform the process." This is a complicated process, which they made (for us) even more difficult to navigate. Doctor is ok; he is neither bad nor outstanding.

Great doctor!!! very knowledgeable and caring for his patients. He explains in details all the process for in vitro. Doctor Jacobs has given us a miracle.

He never adjusted my wife's fertility medicines based on her hormones levels which resulted in failure of the procedure

Did not get to see the doctor yet but so far the costumer service had been horrible. Called the office more than 3 times trying to make an appointment to start IVF. No one would even bother to answer the phone, goes to voicemail with an automatic response that they will get back to you. Left voicemails, and already 5 days waiting for someone to call me back. if this is how they answer before you actually became their patient ( and they took your money :)), then how they will treat you after you signed all the papers. Will be going to another clinic. Sad, heard great reviews about Dr.Yacobs

He is a brilliant guy, their customer service/reply time/accessabilty is terrible.

Dr Michael Jacobs gave us hope yet was realistic with our expectations. He did not promise us a baby but gave us one on one care and attention. We are blessed to have a baby thanks to his expertise and experience.

Dr Jacobs is very knowledgeable of his profession and gets results. The stuff is very friendly and the nurses are caring and available all the time for questions and support. I personally recommend them cause I was pleased and felt I was being personally treated and had fast results.
