MIchael Valladares's Online Review Report Card

I had an endoscopy done about a month ago. I’ve called their office to hear from my results. No call back no information about my endoscopy no communication. I wake up every day in pain. I have a feeling this place is just cashing out on patients period. I don’t recommend them at all!!

Dr. Valladares is my favorite doctor. I spent months putting off my symptoms and finally decided to visit his office, he listened to all of my concerns and was proactive in a treatment plan. The office staff is incredible! Justine and the entire staff make scheduling an appointment easy and are so pleasant on every visit.

First time visiting Dr.Valladares, it was such a wonderful experience from setting up my appointment to being seen at the office. All my questions were answered and felt at ease.

After seeing several Doctors, none could figure out what was wrong with me until I went to Dr. Valladares office. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to send me the proper test and medication. His staff is extremely welcoming and friendly since the moment you walk in the door. I definitely recommend this Doctor !

The doctor is very pleasant but he sent me to do a CT scan with a company called pch diagnostic. I called the place my surgery is on April 27th and the company that has to do the CT never called. The people from Dr. Valladares office have not even called me back. Do not recommend the doctors office nor the phc diagnostic centers. From 0 to 10. I give them a 0.

I am more than disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism in this “doctor’s office”. I had been suffering from severe burning sensations in my stomach for months, I had lost over 30 pounds, pale and withering away. The doctor’s “assistant” at the time of the appointment did not take her eyes of her laptop, didn’t ask me about my symptoms, simply stated that because I had a 0.5mm polyp in my gallbladder I was going to have cancer and should contact a surgeon in a couple of months. She made multiple irrelevant diagnosis’s. I had to beg for a gastritis treatment and was prescribed a comical 2 week gastritis treatment on the lowest doses. The assistant did not take me seriously at all. I’m baffled as to how someone can work at a doctors office with such a low level of professionalism and sympathy for their patients. I wouldn’t bring my pet gold fish to be treated by that doctor’s assistant.

I had a colonoscopy three years ago and polyps were found. The type of polyp requires a repeat colonoscopy in three years because they are premalignant. My doctor referred me for the recommended procedure but he refused to do it because I am "too old". Age has nothing to do with it. Expectancy of life does. Who is he to say that I am about to die? That could be, but his chances of dying are probably on par with mine. And I am not telling him to retire and enjoy whatever he has left, which is probably what he should do instead of refusing needed procedures. Do NOT recommend.

I saw Dr. Valladares at his new office and what a difference! Staff is great and everything was so much smoother and better organized. As for my experience with Dr. Valladares himself, I can't say enough great things about his patience, communication, teaching and overall persona. The old office tried to reschedule me with another one of their doctors but thankfully I follow him on Instagram (@thegidoctor) and knew where he had moved to. He is the best doctor I've seen in a long time. I recommend him 100%.

I’m so happy I finally found Dr. Valladares. He is super informative and knowledgeable on all things GI. He’s super patient with all my questions and his office is great too. Before coming here I had terrible GI issues for about 6 years, and for years I have been in and out of offices with no relief.... I finally found a doc who was able to pinpoint my issues and more importantly prevent any flare ups.
