Tenía cita, se tardo horas en atenderme y da una atención malísima, bien mal, no tiene vocación de Doctor, no volví más.
Horrible ! Very bad treatment, he doesn’t remember your case and cares very little about your wellbeing I needed my medical records to go somewhere else and they refuse to give them to me. They also wanted to charge $1/page ????? Stay away
Can never have an appointment in person
Excellent first visit. Dr. Flores was very knowledgeable and took care of my issues and prescriptions immediately. One of the best first doctors visits I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend!

Great Doctor , service is excellent
Dr. Flores does NOT deserve bad reviews. Pls read: This year, I got married so I had to move away. I never realized how good I had it with Dr. Miguel Flores. Yes, sometimes his appts are short, but he has a great new prescriber working with him. And his medical assistant is amazing and kind. Dr. Flores saved me from addiction. Properly diagnosed me. And I definitely took him for granted. I'm now in a state with few Healthcare choices and still trying to find a Dr. As good as Dr. Flores. I remember when I had an increase in anxiety and depression, he changed my medications to ones that worked better. The thing about Dr. Flores and these bad reviews is that he is a careful doctor. He has been in practice for over 30 years. He's helped me for almost the last decade. I WISH Dr. Flores could practice in the state I am in. He CERTAINLY medicated you correctly IF you are fully honest. If he has held someone in psychiatric hold longer than 3 days I can assure you it's because he does not want someone to hurt themselves.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Flores for over a year now & the experience has been nothing but amazing! His team is great & nurse practitioner Sarah is one of the most beautiful people I’ve ever spoken too! Extremely caring and they truly care about their patients. Truly happy there, highly recommended!! 10/10
I'm only giving two stars because this doctor has helped my husband maintain his anxiety and depression for over 10 years. However, his staff is BEYOND THE RUDEST, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF we have ever encountered. My husband is always dealing with delays with his staff following through on prescriptions and has even dealt with overcharges for visits because they do not check his insurance before billing him (and they have even used that as leverage to cause further delays on his requests because of outstanding balances he didn't even know he had because they should have been collected from his insurance company). He was even told by a staff member (Elizabeth) that he was being difficult when trying to obtain a prescription; how can you tell a patient that they are being difficult when they're trying to obtain a prescription for a medication that they have been without for weeks because of a national shortage? Thats the last thing that should be said to a patient undergoing withdrawals. The staff needs to be educated on how to address patients with disorders that are being worsened without the medication they need.
This is the most corrupt human on the planet. A thorough investigation of his actions would reveal clear numenberg violations. But our government is keen on exposing the evil committed by this monster.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
