Don't get me wrong....He is a great gastro Dr...but the secretary was not. Awful customer service talking back to patients, no manners at all. She had long black hair and spoke Spanish . Not worth the trip to receive a horrible customer service.

My mother has been going to him for about 6 years and it has been the same every time. Very very long wait times. The doctor takes his time with you but the amount of time wasted there is frustrating. The Kendall office has horrible parking, you will need to be there for about 30 mins looking for parking. She will be looking for a new doctor because the wait time is no less than 2 hours MINIMUM. They even have a sign in the waiting room that pretty much confirms you’ll be waiting a long time.

I'm done with him, sometimes I don't even get to see him and he's always late. I waited to be seen @ 1 and it was almost 4 so I told them I had to leave and the girl said she couldn't give me back my co pay which I paid cash.

Don't waste your time. Rude staff members, I was yelled at, and told I missed my appointment. Somehow they managed to make an appointment in the past for me. I didn't know something like that was even possible. I received a referral from my doctor on June 4th, I called a few days later and made an appointment for July 1st. I requested the day off work just to be told that my appointment was for June 1st. How is that possible I asked. 🤔 I got the referral om June 4th I pulled it out and showed them. She didn't want to see it and said to me that I was confused and needed to leave, because they mever make mistakes. I sat in my car and cried for 30 minutes 😢 I was embarrassed of how she spoke to me infront of everyone in the waiting roome. Telling me I was confused and that they never make mistakes. Wow just wow. It's like they didn't want me there.

He did an unnecessary ERCP. He failed to read my medical history . I won’t go into detail but I would not put life on his hands.

My wife and I had the worst experience here. I am a law enforcement officer, so I will try to be as professional as can be. My wife has ulcerative colitis and we thought we were in good hands at first, but when the Covid-19 pandemic started, this doctor, and staff were very unreliable. My wife's health is extremely important. We have two kids under five, and due to my profession, she has to be able to take care of our children all while dealing with constant pains. She had her appointment with Dr. Rodriguez canceled on 03/03/2020 and rescheduled to 03/30/2020. The day of the appointment my wife tried calling, but was met with negative results. We decided to go, only to observe the office closed. My wife called again and finally an assistant answered, advising us that the doctor was not going to review her lab results, and that his office no longer accepts our Humana insurance. The assistant advised that she would need to find a new doctor and have them sign a release form to get all of her medical records, including the lab results that we really needed to know about. So now my wife is in pain, and has no doctor. Shame on Dr. Rodriguez and his office.

Dr. Rodrigues is a good Doctor, his employees mostly, Rosa and Ana, are brazen, they are destroying the reputation of the Dr, without him noticing the atrocities they do with patient collections, they do not want to return what is already paid by the insurance and as much as the patients call them for the money back they make your excuses and life impossible not to return it to you. I called that, scammers, they don't want you to talk to the doctor for a complaint. I'm very sorry for the Dr. Destroying what with so much effort and dedication learn for years.

I wrote a bad, but TRUTHFUL, review, and for some reason, it didn't get posted!!!!!!!!!!!

My three visits included a two hour wait, being seeing by only the Arnp, and the other time the fill in doctor was so preoccupied that he left the room several times and had to ask me again and again the same question. I am done with this office.

Very disappointing
