Extremely poor customer service!! I'm a new patient trying to schedule an appointment 2 times now to see my PCP and I can't even make a single appointment as I called twice and was told they will call me back and never did! I called back today to check on why I was never returned a call as the woman on the phone was extremely rude, rushed me off and hung up without having any courtesy or have an ounce of professionalism/people skills! I am definitely changing my PCP with my insurance and would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Need to hire front desk staff with better attitude, standards and people skills! What a disappointment.

This rating is based on the front desk/customer service experience. After several phone calls and 2 voicemails I was finally able to speak to someone only to speak with someone with poor communication skills and a poor attitude. I never booked the appointment due to my disgust of the customer service skills.

Fantastic doctor. My husband, my mom, and I have been going to her for years. Very professional and knowledgable. I even love taking my toddler with me, as she likes to play doctor. Staff is interactive and friendly.

I feel that Dr. Garcia is a wonderful doctor as well as a person in whole. She takes the time to listen to what ails you and helps you. She is also a compassionate doctor because she helped me through the illness that my father had -she was there up until the end. You do not find many doctors nowadays that are like that. She has been my doctor now for 2 years. I recommend her to all people who need a doctor who listens and has a wonderful personality.
