Dr con gran conocimiento, su equipo de trabajo tiene un buen trato y hacen un gran servicio la enfermera, el tecnico de ultrasonido y la manager de la oficina siempre trata de ayudarte en las citas con los especialistas y los medicamentos en la farmacia.

Sadly this office really shouldn’t be open anymore. While the staff has a general Latin charm to them, they are not organized nor are they professional. My time was wasted. The doctor did not even touch me during our first visit despite my complaints about stomach pain. She did not address my concerns very well to say the least- as a person with fibromyalgia everything is a symptom or it isn’t but we just never know. Being heard by your doctor is important. The front desk is a mess in person and over the phone. I highly recommend NOT using this pcp.

Dr. García Portela was very professional and carefully examined my tests and notes from the specialist to assess my condition . She explained to me the possible treatments and medications. She gives you time to ask questions and answers all your concerns patiently .

I think it's a great place. The parking is the paybyphone parking, unless you find a spot inside which is rare. You can tell it's a busy office but doesn't seem "messy". Also, I use to work in a doctors office and the phone going without answer as the previous reviewer mentioned was most likely the fax machine... which you arent supposed to "answer". I had my bloodwork done last time... everything was honestly fine. I liked it. They are all always kind and helpful. They chat but who doesn't. Some ppl are just happy and social. I don't think it changes the outcome.

Horrible la enfermera olguita groserisima me trato con mala forma no se si estaria molesta y la doctora tampoco tenia la mejor forma la unica q mejor me trato fue la secretaria prinera y ultima vez.

Great service. Very kind staff. I have been there a couple times and everything is good!

First of all to park you have to go across the street and pay $3. Second- I arrived to the office and wrote down my name and noticed there is a person ahead of me with the same appointment time with the same doctor. The window is closed and I here two ladies talking up a storm in the office completely ignoring the phone ringing off the hook (it was never even answered) I sit down and wait for about 8 minutes after my appointment time and no one has even opened the window. I go up to the window and ring the bell annoyingly until they answer. They were obviously ignoring me. I tell the lady "I'm here and it's pst my appointment time. Don't I need to fill out papers since I am a new patient?" She asked for my license and insurance card. Then I mentioned that there is someone else ahead of me with the same appointment time and doctor and she says that we call by who showed up first. I respond with "then what is the point of making an appointment" and she answered that she is not the front desk lady and doesn't know why she did that and also that she is not here yet. Mind you the office opens at 10am and my appointment (as well as the gentleman ahead of me). The building is also in very poor shape and the office is a disgrace. The air vent is full of dust and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and the office has papers stacked everywhere like a chaotic mess. This place is awful. I will report on the doctor after I see him/her. If I ever even get to see them.
