The most incredibly caring, genuine and knowledgeable team. Dr. Brown's experience and expertise is only overshadowed by his humanity and honest caring approach. I have been delighted at every juncture before, during and after my procedure. I would be pressed to think of anyone else with such attention to detail and such extraordinarily genuine approach.

Dr. Brown was recommended to me by a highly-rated plastic surgeon's office to perform a breast implant removal and lift. I consider myself fortunate and appreciative because it was difficult to find a plastic surgeon who was confident in performing the surgery. I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Brown was attentive to all of my concerns and questions about the procedure. He exceeded my expectations by delivering more than what he promised. If you are considering implant removal, Dr. Brown is an excellent choice. He has extensive experience in breast cancer reconstruction, has trained many plastic surgeons, and is recognized by his peers as one of the top professionals in the field.

I recently went and had a breast reduction performed by the amazingly talented Dr. Mitchell Brown , his skill , compassion and knowledge surpassed my greatest expectations. It was not any easy surgery I had many other factors that came into play and he addressed them right away and made me feel completely at ease . I am a women of colour so understanding healing , scarring was important to me and he confidently addressed them as well . Not only was the surgery a success but leading up to it and the after care was great . The staff are rockstars !! From Jennifer calming my anxiety leading up to my surgery being an ear and support , Jessica who checked in on me after, listening and answering all my questions to Taylor who’s lymphatic massages each week absolutely helped and excelled my recovery . The staff was there for me before and after I wasn’t just another number I felt cared for . I will absolutely recommend Dr. Mitchell Brown and his team !!

I had breast augmentation with Dr. Brown several years ago. Like another rater, I was also left with a 'double bubble'. When I complained to Dr. Brown, he just told me not to flex my chest muscles because that made it worse. He was reluctant to fix the problem, saying that all he could do is put the implants over the chest muscles and that will leave them looking fake and worse than before. Plus, I would have to pay more $$$$ for him to fix his mistake. He didn't even bother taking after pictures. What was the point? It's not like he was going to show anyone else my results? Additionally, Dr. Brown changed the procedure right before I entered the operating room. Originally, he was going to go in around the nipple. At the last minute, he said he would prefer to go under the breast. Ultimately though, I'm more disappointed by my deformed looking breasts than anything else. I've seen another plastic surgeon since who noted that the implants were placed way too low on my body. If you don't have great looking breasts to being with (i.e., if you have tuberous breasts in any way) I highly suggest that you avoid Dr. Brown. I'm still traumatized by the experience.

I had a breast augmentation in 2014. I had breast fed two babies and got really fit. My breasts unfortunately looked awful. Dr. Brown was awesome. He explained the size that would look most natural (because of my small frame) and they turned out spectacular. The whole experience was great. I'd like to point out to all those with negative reviews - plastic surgery is an elective medical procedure and still falls under the Practice of Medicine and complications post-surgery can happen. Dr. Brown can only give you guidance on proper recovery but if you don't follow post-op instructions, it can give adverse results. Ie: Not following rest/recovery timelines, failure to perform massage of the area etc. If you smoke, drink, take certain medications can effect your recovery. My sister had a tummy tuck with Dr. Brown with impeccable results and have recommended two other for breast augmentations and were equally happy.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Brown. I had a great experience with Dr. Brown and his support staff. It has been one of the best ones I have had with any doctor. I had surgery about a month ago and though I am still recovering I am very happy with the results so far. Everyone at the office was very supportive and helpful in my recovery process. The staff were always willing to assist me if Dr. Brown was not available. I highly recommend his practice.

Had an amazing breast augmentation . All of the staff were professional and respectful. I was nervous about having very “artificial” results but am stunned by how natural I look post surgery. I will be recommending Dr. Brown to anyone!

This is a years (3) post surgery review. I initially went to Dr Brown to remove 20 year old implants and a “ lift”. That barely covers how much work had to be done, tissue removal, nipple minimizing. My results are incredible. So much so, I went back for a face/upper eye lift. Dr. Brown is kind of known as being “ the boob guy”. That’s not because of his work but more so for the charity and awareness he has given in that area. Don’t sell yourself short and think you need to look elsewhere for facial work. My face looks completely natural. Fresh and undetectable to the laymans eye that any work was done. I routinely get shocked reactions that I’m pushing 60. Interactions with Dr Brown are always positive and if you’re nervous, don’t be. This man exudes empathy and confidence. He teaches cosmetic and reconstructive surgeons ,how to do their thing at the finest university in Canada. Look no further .
