Very professional team, extremely helpful and Dr Moises is very compassionate, wise, and with the best bed side manners. My mother and cousin also see him. I will recommend him 200% to anyone in need of an awesome gastroenterologist that truly cares for the individual and does not treat you like one more check for him.

El servicio es horrendo, la persona que toma el telefono contesta comiendo, ademas que a todas las preguntas que le hago me contesta lo mismo: " Tiene que venir y ver al Dr." cosa que es lo que quiero hacer pero como lo veo si solo sabe contestar lo mismo, no da opciones, no conversa ademas creo que no puede porque se ahogaria con la comida. Pregunto si cojen mi seguro.. tiene que venir a ver al Dr y sentarce con la coordinadora. Y entre otras preguntas personales y todas la misma respuesta. Me da miedo ir a esa officina no se que seria capaz una persona que no transmite confianza (empatia) ni amabilidad con el personal. Si no fuera por el Dr. Moises Hernandez creo que alli no fuera a buzcar nada. El Dr es bien amable contesta todas las preguntas y trata muy bien a los pacientes, llegue a el hace mucho tiempo atraz por otras personas que me lo recomendaron. Y a muchos les salvo la vida. Pero lo de esta Sra fue algo imposible y por eso decido hacer este review. Recuerden que estan tratando con personas, y no creo que sea la primera vez que me suceda alli y con la misma senora, colgo el telefono y entre su tono y todo lo que estaba diciendo como lo dice es bien desagradable y grocera. Que perdi la paciensia SI, quien no ? Ahora a perder dias de trabajo para ver al Dr. y que sea el quien responda preguntas basicas. INCREIBLE....
