I cannot comment on Dr. Moises Hernandez Simply Because I never had the chance to see him. But I will be giving his office a one-star. For over a week and a half I've been calling to change my new patient appointment Several times daily. Each time I'm on hold anywhere from 10. To 20 minutes. All I get is voicemail or they hang up. Today seems i hit the lotto after many calls I got through. I told the young lady I wanted to change appointments but seeing how incompetent that office is to please cancel my wife's and my appointment. Looks like they lack professionals in that office. Please take note Dr. Since I'm not the first to complain about this.

I was very nervous before the process, but the nursing staff and the Doctor may me feel that I was in a very good hands, and the entire procedure was easy and without any complications.
