Terrible Service! The doctor needs to get an actual employee or front desk person, her husband cannot even fill out a referral without making you jump hoops and do all his work for him, even then he doesn’t know how to email, can’t call the insurance company himself, pretty useless and incompetent. And to make matters worse, since it’s the doctors husband you can’t even talk to her or get access without going through this duffus! He’s playing with my child’s medical safety with his incompetence and costing us weeks of lost time by not sending the referral.

Dra Reina genuinely cares about her patients. Both my daughter and my son were her patients and received the best treatment from her and her staff. She always took time to listen and to get to know them. She is great at diagnosing and always provided referrals to the best specialists when necessary My son is now 21 and has autism. She was the best doctor for him. Always very caring, patient, loving and supportive of me. She has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a pediatrician.
