An outfit by the name of Chusdesa Sveta Inc. is sending fraudulent claims to Medicare for DME using Dr. Alade's name as ordering physician. I have tried to contact his office to let him know of this fraud but nobody has returned my calls. I filed a complaint with Medicare and my secondary insurance. The fraud was for over $8000 of services never received by me and I am sure never ordered by Dr. Alade. I am sure this outfit does not even exist for real. Dr. Alade needs to know what is going on here and inform Medicare.

Dr. Alade took care of my mother when she was a patient at North Shore Medical Center. He is professional and skilled but more importantly, kind and sensitive to the needs of the patient and family. He took extremely good care of my mother and when our paths crossed some years later, he remembered me and asked about her. He's a gem. I wish all physcians were as wonderful as he.
