Worst experience of the life went in for a pain was admitted to get help from pain management and waited a whole day for pain management to show up and they never showed up. Internal Med doctor could not conduct any further test before seen by pain management and they never showing up spend a day in the hospital very upsetting. They never even gave me a gown or towel upon admission. WORST HOSPITAL DONT GO THERE 😡

Had an amazing experience with the care my 90yo mother received after a very bad fall down a flight of stairs head first. The care and concern from the doctors, nurses and ancillary staff was outstanding. Erica and Dr. Michael Shalaby were incredible, and I am thankful for such amazing medical professionals. It is unfortunate that the oral surgeon that didn't come in, also refused to see her in his office unless she paid a 600$ deposit, and then would only see her a week later!!!! So we were very fortunate to find a different compassionate and devoted oral surgeon to treat her fracture, in a timely manner. The hospital should be more discerning in choosing the physicians that they pay to cover call.

Amazed at the lack of care at Mount Sinai’s ER. Fantastic facilities and top itch doctors, but the ER staff leves everything to wish for. Terrible!

Mount Sinai provided free breast mamogram vouchers to Rural Health Center in Key West Florida. I was talked in to going for a (free) mamogram though my insurance was pending in a few weeks. The vouchers turned out to be a SCAM and I received a $413.00 bill for the services. Rural Health Center was unknowing the vouchers were not valid and has tried to make it right but to no avail.

Absolute worst Hospital, I live here in the city of Miami Beach. I've been in this emergency room for almost over 12 hours a resident doctor actually told me because I didn't have my insurance card, I can only see resident doctor's his name was Dr Rogers. I cannot reach anyone in Administration. I will be complaining to the Department of Health about the situation, do not come to this Hospital. Go to University Of Miami if possible. Just to follow up I was finally transferred to a room, a room in which was absolutely disgusting. There's human feces dried up on the wall; moreover, the bed was not even clean. There was still things left over from a previous patient, absolutely unacceptable! To make matters worse when you call customer relations and press option five you get absolutely nowhere because it goes to a voicemail and the person responding to the reviews is almost like a computer when you finally call the number they don't have any idea what you are referring to, absolutely unprofessional Hospital!
