The initial (in-person) contact seems to work very well for you, but there still seems to be a systemic issue with calling GASTRO HEALTH and connecting with a live person or with a representative from your health agency that is helpful and or knowledgeable (without being intermittently being disconnected continuously).

Doctor is professional, at every appointment he took a quick moment to ask questions and give you explanations. I arrive on time for my appointment and I am called within minutes, staff is courteous.

Dr. RosenKranz is one my daughter's doctors. He has made our family feel welcomed, comfortable and confident in diagnosing her illness. He has been a refreshing blessing during a scary and uncertain time in our lives and We can't be more grateful. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He takes the time to explain things and listens well and answers questions with detailed explanations.

Originally recommended by my primary physician when it was time to do colonoscopy. Good move. Nice office, efficient, staff is pleasant. Doctor is attentive. Both husband and I are patients with different doctors in the practice. I'm very happy with Dr. Rosenkranz.

Having Medicare and a good supplement insurance, after paid by my insurance, the doctor visit is $20. But at Dr. Rosenkranz it is over $200. with no explanation. Also never got results from my visit.
