The only reason I came to this office in the first place was because compared to all the other neurologist office this one gives you the quickest appointment, hence because no one wants to come to the doctor. Believe the reviews, worst neurologist office all the way from receiving my sons diagnosis to then needing their help for paperwork to receive services. If you need to just come to get your diagnosis and behavior referral and then get out! Oh but be ready to recieve your diagnosis with no compassion, at least if it comes from Dr. Sanchez, he has some PAs working there but they aren’t stable to what I’ve seen. Mind you I’m a medical assistant so take my word for it and save yourself the disappointment.

Yo he atendido a mi sobrino y al hijo de una amiga con ese doctor y nos ha dado explicaciones bien precisas y nos ha ayudado a entender las distintas situaciones de una manera bien afable , yo lo recomiendo.

Muy mala atención del personal de servicios no dan explicaciones y te cuelgan el teléfono cuando pides explicaciones sobre medicamentos necesarios a los pacientes y no son ubicados en las farmacias la recetas

Un lugar muy tranquilo donse la atencion de todos fue muy buena.

Dr. Nelson Sanchez has a haughty, arrogant, and condescending attitude with his clients. This is the first time in my life I have witnessed such a bad attitude and manners in a doctor. I am very regretful I went to his office, for he was rude and impolite with us. He appeared more concerned about the passage of time than attending to us or our interests. In particular, and quite unprofessionally, he gave an inaccurate diagnosis of my son and without bothering to make any measurement or perform any exam. Our conversation remained rather shallow and basic, because, I think, he lacked knowledge of the medical topic but was unwilling to admit it. I require quality and empathy from any doctor I see. In my opinion, his staff, too, is indifferent and informal. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor. Please do not waste your time or money.

Lamentable decir que la officina de un especialista en pediatria (Neurologist) tenga tan mal servicio, el staff trabaja muy mal. Se hizo un appointment para una primera vez con un mes de antelacion y el dia de la cita nos dicen que no la tenian en sistema, esto es algo que pasa con mucha frecuencia en esa oficina. deben organizar mejor el trabajo y no jugar con los clientes ya que se va al doctor por una necesidad no porque nos guste y mucho menos con nuestros hijos. Espero mejoren la calidad del staff que se preocupen y monitoreen su trabajo. Gracias

PLEASE READ: Don’t ever come see this doctor! I have a child with Autism, i brought her in to see this doctor and let’s start by saying he really is rude, these reviews are real! He asks questions that make no sense. When i told him my daughter was beginning to have aggression issues he told me to BAKER ACT her or pretty much give up on her and just drop her off at the ER if she has another episode. I wish i could give this man 0 stars. I really don’t know how this man became a doctor. He has scarred me and made me fear to look for another neurologist. He doesn’t see the effect he has on the parents or the patients. I left his office so emotional and i will never ever go back!

Muy mala Atencion. Ellos piensan que trabajan con vacas. Son niños y te tratan como animales. Muy mal custumer service. No atienden como deberían. El señor de la puerta es un indeseable

The staff is extremely helpful and they care about the patient. Dr. Sanchez is extremely knowledgeable specifically in autism early intervention and detection.
