Niyasdeen Dieguez's Online Review Report Card

I had a very good experience with Dr. Dieguez at MD Now Urgent Care. In my humble experience with physicians, Dr. Dieguez knows how to evaluate, and treat the real patient needs. He just not listen, he really care about my concerns. He instills confidence in the patient with the care and advises he provides. I felt very comfortable in his care and feel knows and does the right thing in providing care for my conditions. Dr Dieguez actually seems to care about me. While I know that he cannot fix me 100% in just one urgent care visit, he was to make improvement for me. Thank You Dr Dieguez!!

I am writing to thank Dr Dieguez and entire staff for the excellent care received during my visit to WK Urgent Care; my son was experiencing what we thought to be a flu for close to 10 days. He was seen by his Ped, 2 days before and dismissed with a flu; but Dr Dieguez went beyond and ordered an X-ray as he heard something abnormal in his lungs; Dr found a pneumonia in our son. The right diagnoses at the right time could save our son's life. Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in that day, each staff member presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. I really appreciated the kindness of nurses and Dr Dieguez.

We're writing to thank Dr Dieguez and MCH Doral UCC staff for the excellent care received during my visit. We were truly impressed with Dr's knowledge, his friendly attitude and his humble character. He took the time to explain in detail every question; this urgent visit was the best we have ever got. Dr Dieguez was TRULY AMAZING; my wife and me asked him to be our son's pediatrician, but unfortunately he just work for urgent care centers; that could be awesome. Anyway, thanks Dr dieguez.

I was very pleased with Dr Dieguez at NCH UCC; I've been a hard critic of other ER and UC; mixing that attitude with an innate crankiness when my child is not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the Dr Dieguez and all the other staff were awesome, is less than reality, they are excellent, if you child is sick, NCH is the place...

We love how amazing doctor Dieguez and his NCH staff are! Everyone is very friendly. We always are seen in a timely manner. Doctor Dieguez have been wonderful! (as well as the Nurse Practitioner) They all seem to really listen to me and take care when making a diagnosis. I always feel confident when I leave this UCC (with or without a prescription) that my child was under superb care. Thanks Dr Dieguez !!! ...a five star pediatrician in a five star ped urgent care

Pediatricians are supposed to work with parents or family members, to be able to provide the best care possible for the child. THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BY BLIND BY EGO, NOR BEEN DISRESPECTFUL AND ARROGANT. They not only supposed to follow a code of professionalism set forth by the American Medical Association (AMA), also the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) sets a code of ethics specifically for physicians who specialize in children’s medicine. Dr. Dieguez should review them and Apply them.

Dr Dieguez Santiesteban is the reason why my daughter is alive. She was diagnosed with viral stomach aches for two previous doctors for the last 2 days in Miami Lakes and West Kendall offices then I brought my daughter to Doral Office and there Dr Dieguez told me that she has appendicitis and possible Peritonitis, so I was referred to nearest ER, where a CT scan reported Peritonitis, so she underwent a emergency surgery.
