Novus Hair Restoration Center Miami's Online Review Report Card

I came to NOVUS wanting a hair transplant. I left with a customized plan that will help me grow my hair back. You would think, they’re going to take my credit card info and book me and say goodbye. Nope, they want to help me grow my hair back and keep it. A transplant might have been nice, but as they explained, a transplant can be done at any time, the best approach is to help dormant hairs grow first, and that way we can see what the true hair loss looks like and therefore do the right transplant. Honest people wanting to do the right thing and not just the money thing. Looking forward to my hair restoration with NOVUS.

I am not a person to typically write reviews; however, after my visit at Novus Hair Restoration Center I felt I needed to share my thoughts. I had shopped around for a bit so I had prior experiences to compare. Not once did I feel pressured into buying their Hair Restoration service. In fact, they offered several alternative options. I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind. After much thought, I decided to choose them for my Hair Restoration procedure. It was amazingly easy and comfortable. They made me feel safe and did an amazing job. Right after the procedure I could foresee what the results would look like. I can’t wait to see the final results. These guys know what they’re doing and have the certifications and training to prove it. Thank you Dr. Ghersi and Junior PA, you guys were amazing.

I found NOVUS hair restoration through a friend. She is a long-time client of Dr. Ghersi, and she saw that they were offering hair transplants. I had been considering it for a while, but it was too expensive to take on. However, I decided to pay them a visit and see what they were offering. I was surprised to find out that they offer very affordable prices and financing. The consultation took about 45 min, they did not rush and took their time to evaluate me fully and gather a full medical history. They explained that hair transplants aren’t for everyone and a full evaluation ensures the best way to select the treatment. Other places I went to before, would just tried to sell me the procedure. At NOVUS Dr. Ghersi and his PA Junior were more concerned about getting my hair back the right way instead of selling me a transplant. In the end we agreed to not do transplant and chose a medication pathway. This is what I had been looking for! A medical team vested in my care and not my wallet.

For a while now I have been wanting to do the hair transplant/restoration procedure. After a lengthy search for the right team to do it with, I stumbled upon Dr. Ghersi and Junior Villegas at The Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami. It has been a remarkable experience thus far. From the original intake/assessment with Junior Villegas, his perfect guidance and recommended approach, down to the day of the procedure, everything was five star. The day of the procedure I was treated with immense care, was communicated to throughout the process, and the whole team made me feel assured and comfortable. Post operatively the instructions were thorough and I was given everything I needed to breeze through the recovery process. So far I love the results and cannot wait to see the end result. I highly recommend this team for your hair restoration needs!

I had such a great experience at Novus Hair Restoration Center. Dr. Ghersi and his PA Junior were very knowledgeable and made me feel safe and comfortable. They have their own private surgical center and amazing staff. The Hair Restoration process was excellent and I was comfortable the whole time. I can’t wait to see the final results in few months.
