Me encanta la atención del personal! Y la Dra. Kirsten Jordan es excelente profesional para mi la mejor! La calidad humana y su mística de trabajo es impresionante! Me ha diagnosticado y medicado muy bien y mi estado de salud está cada día mejor! Muchas gracias !!

The “New Patient” communication with this office is terrible. I was given conflicting information multiple times. The icing on the cake was the phone call that I received today telling me I must fill out and fax 24 pages of info by 3 pm or my appointment (which is 2 weeks from now!) would be cancelled. Like everyone has access to a fax! Or could drop everything and do it! AND I was previously told I could bring it with me when I had to come to the office 1 full hour before my scheduled appointment time! This haphazard instruction caused me, in frustration, to cancel an appointment I have waited 2 months for. The ONLY upside is- because of all of these “red flags” and cancelling- I discovered I was not even scheduled to meet with the Dr., as I was told every one does on first visits; but a P.A.! Consider yourself warned.

I just got called for my 1 star review from the office staff. I explained my concerns and a remedy to solve this problem. I had no problem with the physician at all to be clear. It was the process of how the business is conducted and customer service with office staff. I refused to take down my one star review and was willing at a later point to edit it when I could see that the process had improved. They said I had to find another office to go to because I would not take down my one star review immediately. Very sad. A business should earn their customer service not expect it.

They want you to arrive 45-60 min for appointment early for what. They put you in a room fairly quickly then you sit for 90 min plus.

I understand that people have different experiences but please do not pay attention to the negative reviews. Dr. Yanes is excellent. First doctor I have had that did not rush through the appointment and made sure to get a complete history of my disease. I was not a number to her, I was a patient, which is rare to find with doctors these days. She is empathetic and explains everything to detail. I brought my boyfriend to the consult and he had the same opinion of the doctor. If you are looking for someone empathetic and that cares about their patients, do not look anymore go see her. I will also like to highlight the work of Danya, one of the front desk ladies, who went above and beyond to get a paper I needed. The office is extremely clean and spacious. Only complain is the lady that sits behind the partition, unfortunately I cannot remember her name, she is the rudest most condescending person I have seen. She has no service skills or humanity for that matter. She thinks she is above everyone.

Love the doctor and staff they are amazing and handle everything with care how it should be, the only little improvement is when it comes to carecloud whoever is assigned to the task don’t press complete unless they actually complete it otherwise i would recommend them for anyone dealing with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis

En cuanto a la atención de los médicos es excelente con mucho profesionalismo y respeto, pero en cuanto a la mala atención del personal de recepción es muy deprimente la falta de consideración y respeto a los pacientes es muy pobre
