Es super dt muy preocupada por sus pacientes llevo 14 años y no quiero otra exlente dr no entiendo como hay persona q pueda decir cosas diferentes porq esa dr es un amor

I should have read the reviews, no wonder I could find an appointment with such short notice. I’m entering my second hour waiting to be seen by the doctor, she’s just at her office by herself because I saw the last patience leave. I just need the order for a comprehensive blood work and I’ll probably take it to another doctor. I have to work and I brought my 6 year old with me because he’s on vacation and we’re leaving tomorrow on a trip. Terrible way to waste your time. No coffee for me only a Twinkie. Find another doctor, good luck

THEY MOVED ME AROUND FROM ONE WAITING ROOM TO ANOTHER, WITH NO EXPLANATION, NO SORRY'S, I WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEN WHEN THE NURSE WAS ASKING ME QUESTIONS- SHE PUT ME BACK IN THE WAITING ROOM AND SAID THE DOCTOR WENT ON A 30 MIN LUNCH BREAK. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT FOR PEOPLES TIME.

Fui por un examen rutinario, cubierto 100% por el seguro y aun me estan llegando billes a mi casa de parte de ellos porque no enviaron el codigo correcto al seguro, y siguen sin enviarlo. Ademas de todo lo que se pone en los otros comentarios de la doctora que es completamente cierto. Wrong place completely !!!. LUGAR NO RECOMENDADO!!!

La doctora olga no es profesional ni humana es despota estuve casi 3 horas para q me atendiera el resultado fue fatal deberia trabajar en un lugar q fuera de la salud yo no se la recomiendo a nadie

Can I give it less than 1 Star?.Typical Cuban Doctor,You get the free Cuban Coffee,kind hospitality,and friendly smiles.As for being a Professional Doctor?,F+.I waited almost 4 hours they did all my vitals and information,and No Dr.Lopez.They overbook patients..All I wanted was a simple referal that the Worthless HMO HUMANA demands before you see a specialist.HUMANA in My opinion is going after all the Banana Republic Residents.They are milking The US Government and providing excessive wait times & protocols sadly those who are in real need,will probably die before they get the Medical treatment they so urgently need.As for Dr.Lopez,I'm sorry but my advice,Get a real Doctor that has Professionalism to its patients.A Patients time is just as important as a Doctors..

Terrible service had appointment at 10:00AM waited 1hour to see the nurse then they moved me to a second waiting room and told me about another hour. As it was my first time I left also bad parking.

Excelente dra . su trato y amor a su paciente es unico . si no la conoces ,conocela ya .no te arrepentiras , puedes confiar en sus cuidados . porque desarrolla su profesion con Amor .

She just don't care about patients, do mot return calls and do not answer the phone

I'd rate less than a star if my phone let me. This office takes its sweet time to see you. Four hours waiting both times I've been. The first time they were supposed to give me a prescription and didn't. Then I got referred to someone else but the referral wasn't the right document. So they say they'll fax it while I wait. Take so long, I get rescheduled. Come reschedule day, they didn't send a thing. I've been waiting two months for this problem to be solved. Gotta go in person now smh.
