Dr. Oliver Chang James is one of the worst doctors I have ever experienced. She has not had the best doctors there, but they were far more better than she ever would be. She is inconsiderate and always has a retarded opinion to say to someone. She lacks compassion and understanding and is very ignorant. I stopped going to her for years because of her inability to do her job correctly. It's sad to come to find out that the same foolishness that I dealt with is the same treatment she's now giving a patient that is dealing with covid-19. She doesn't know how to be compassionate instead of taking care of the situation head-on she is making the patient feel a lot less of a person. This is not the type of doctors we need and I urge everyone to be very careful of becoming a patient to this doctor

Dr. Chung James is an excellent doctor for females most of my family members have been going to her for years she has excellent rapport with her patients.

I waited nearly two hours. I could hear Dr. Chung-James chatting it up with a patient. When she finally saw me, she was not apologetic and said this was the norm cause it’s a family practice. Rude. In contrast, Dr. Laroche apologized when I did have to wait due to issues with the computer systems. I’ve only seen Dr. Laroche since.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Olive CHUNG JAMES for 15 years. We would not go to any other doctor. You may have a bit of a wait in the waiting room, but you will get personalize care with her like everybody else. She never rushes anybody and very thorough.

All complaints seem to be viewed as old age. I have complained of hearing loss, unsteady on feet and headaches.

- Office staff does not call you with results- Line is ALWAYS busy at the office, I've been trying to call for my results for 2 hours- Doctor leaves you waiting in office 2 plus hours. She has 5+ people with the exact same appointment time
