List of Patrick H Heron's Reviews
I went to Dr. Heron as my previous OBGYN worked with him for baby deliveries. My previous OBGYN passed away and I felt that since he trusted Dr. Heron it was safe to keep going to him. He isint the nicest or listens to your concerns. He won't ask you if you have any questions or even provide resources or recommendations. I asked for a medication and still waiting for them to call it into the pharmacy. The phones are barely answered as there is like 1 Medical assistant who does everything (poor girl). Wait time is average 45mins - 1 hour. I'll be switching doctors soon.
Doctor Patrick Heron very unprofessional, when we asked something he only responds with irony and very rude, first time pregnant I asked some questions and he was like I don't know, I don't not yet but very very rude. when you go to the doctor you need someone to trust and this doctor its not that person. He would have chosen another profession like guard in a prison
DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR My wife left crying. She said the Dr.'s wife is rude and that she'll never go there again. If bringing babies into this world no longer brings you joy, you should retire.
Dr. Heron is the best. The staff are amazing. At times I do have to wait but that's because of how booked they do get sometimes. I honestly do recommend this office. He delivered my son 11 years ago and now I'm on baby #2 and I'm sad that he won't be delivering my daughter but I trust him when he says he has a great partner who delivers.
My visit to the Dr. Heron was amazing . The whole staff was wonderful. They are very compassionate people . This is my fourth pregnancy and I have never felt so comfortable in an obgyn office before. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
Great doctor very nice staff
I came to Dr.Heron because he was recommended to me from a family friend that was a patient of his and he delivered her son, Here’s my story.... I made an appointment for me to be seen by Dr.Heron and the receptionist was very kind, barely spoke English but she did get the Job done, the medical assistant was nice to me as well. When I get into the exam room, I meet with the Doctor I explain to him that previously I had some abnormal pap results at another clinic and I kept telling that Doctor that my family has a history of Cancer ( Cervical, Ovarian, Pancreatitis, and Breast) the doctor told me that I was to young and continue to treat me with metrogel, come to find out I went to another doctor way before Dr.Heron and they did a biopsy which came back that I had cerival cancer and I had to get surgery and the whole works . Now years later I went to do yearly exams and test and it should and abnormalities in my cervic and ovaries, so a family friend told me to try her doctor since mines where booked for months, I agree and schedule the appt. when Dr. Heron came and did the Pap smear, he not once asked me about my previous experience on what’s going on like my history. Ok find I found that odd, then he said we will see you in 2 weeks for the results, we’ll with the Covid-19 I was very afraid to leave my house to get my results and to discus with him the symptoms that I’ve been having that seem to be more aggressive. 1 month went by and I finally went to the office with my husband and there were other woman there with their significant others, and as soon as Mrs. Heron steps into the office she looks at my husband and ask if he was a patient( come on at a GYN office) that was very insulting and she is very rude! Then she tells him he has to leave and didn’t even tell the other extra people the same thing.. after that they call me In the back, she was in the office with the doctor complaining about my husband sitting in the lobby with me, maybe if they had signs stating only 1 person due to covid-19 it would be more professional and helpful. So Dr. Heron gets my file, I sit down and he says your result are negative, I was happy but also surprised because I’ve been having the same symptoms as before when I had the cervical displaysia and needed to get a cone scraping. So while he’s trying to get me out the office I explained to him that I wanted to go over some of my symptoms that I wrote down, mind u this man didn’t make any eye contact, so as I am reading my symptoms and when it happens, etc. he cuts me off and said it’s a UTI, but I was like. I don’t have any sign then he ask what color is my discharge and it shocked me like it caught me off guard and I responded with I really don’t have discharge but maybe clear. I wear a panty liner. Then I explained to him that I just recently did all my labs and I didn’t have any positive remarks on a positive UTI. Then I explained to him that during my menstrual cycle it is very heavy with clots and He interrupted me again and said it’s an infection, then I told him I get very bad cramps before, during and right after my cycle with very heavy flow and sometimes a strong blood odor as if I’m in labor and I’m having bad contractions, Dr. Heron goes and tells me that the odor of the heavy blood is because of “Oral Sex” I was like EXCUSE ME?? He said yes oral sex and a yeast infection.... I’m blown away right now, I’m trying to keep my Christianity but this man almost got Cussed out like I was Back In the Pork n Beans Projects!!!! So I put my “Karen” voice on and said how is that possible? I’ve been married to the same man for almost 30 years and I have no signs of discharge or “cottage cheese” then I also told him that at times I can not hold my urine, and that concerns me and he said again I said it’s the Infection, the send me home with 3 meds. The pains gotten worse so I go to my primary doctor And come to find out I didn’t have anything he said I did! I was treated correctly and I’m much better, No thanks to Dr.Heron!! It’s all about the money not for the people!!!
So grateful for his care during a difficult pregnancy.
I’ve been coming to this doctor for two years now and he and his staff make me feel at home. They are great people. I absolutely recommend him to everyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
