After six years as a patient of Dr. Sweeney, who is an OK - only doctor, I’ve had enough of his office staff and I’m leaving. Two years I paid out of pocket because my insurance wasn’t covered at his office, For years, I received all of my notices in a language that I don’t speak & most recently, Daniela and Emily, cannot even get their story straight on how to get copies of your medical records, and they just wind up lying to cover each other’s backs. The practice is simply a cog in the wheel of the whole subpar medical profession that thrives in south Florida.

The receptionist is unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me after making me wait on hold for 47 minutes. Never made an appointment. This is not customer service. She takes things personal and makes you not want to see any of the doctors in that office

Dr. Sweeney is wonderful, so kind and patient. He was in no rush at all, although I'm sure he has to see many patients. However you can see he wants to make sure he understands all the details you need to share with him. I don't usually write reviews, but I needed to share what a positive experience I have had with Dr. Sweeney and his office staff. Thank you!
