Mejor llamar a la Casa Blanca esta gente nunca contesta llevo 4 días llamando y nada que responden y ya no te go Medicamenstos esto es infernal

Mi Experiencia es muy buena ase 10 años empezamos a llevar mi Niño tiene 13 y seguí con mi otro Niño de 7 año …yo siempre llego 30 minutos ante y nunca tuve problemas de esperar más de una hora igual eso a sido lo más que e espero.y el personal muy amable no se cómo opinar otra cosas las demás madres si no llegas con todo correcto y a tiempo no tiene porque pasar nada .

El personal de la oficina más inhumano q he podido conocer,te tratan súper mal,es ir recomendable esta oficina,esta neuróloga y este personal,totalmente descontenta,si llegas temprano 3 horas de espera y por 5 minutos tarde no te atienden, y muy frescamente porque tienen q terminar temprano,dios

My Daughter has been admitted for more than 6 days for chronic headaches that no med has been able to bring the pain down. This Doctor was the attending physician for Neurology, she had the audacity to order the nurse to stop my daughter's IV and send her home with oral medication. Nether less we had tried several medications at home and her pain has been going for over 15 days. She didn't even go in the room and see her or examined her. I never met her or able to explain my daughters situation. I had to refuse and asked to speak to the hospitalist. She didn't wanted to hear the suggestions from my neurologist and my daughter had to pay for her bad judgement.

Very bad experience at Dr. Schleifer's office. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I lost the morning there and the doctor didn't see my child, after 1 month waiting for this appointment, that is unacceptable to me. The staff called me the day before to confirm the appt. and she didn't tell me I needed a referral, come on that is her job, she told me at the office in person that was supposed to be known to me, and send me to read the Handbook the Health Insurance Company sends by mail, really? I asked for their office fax # and she denied it to me which is really rude, so I called the Primary Doctor and they faxed the referral to the fax # they had on file for this office. After the referral was faxed the staff told me was useless, and that she was going inside to talk to the doctor, when she come back she said that the doctor said she could not see my child not even paying $200 for the first visit because the referral was incorrect and it was already 10:45 am. and the appt. was for 10:30 am. We were there since 10:00 am and for their bad job it was already 10:45 am. After that, immediately they gave me another apt. for like in 45 days, so I told her I was going to find another Neuro to see my child, because that was unbelievable and I never want to go back to that awful place.
