Kendall office my daughter’s had cleaning appointment and to my surprise, they told I have to pay $180 but for the previous cleaning which was also without insurance they charged me $95, but today they’re telling me that the $95 rate applied only to the first visit without insurance. I honestly do not recommend the orthodontist here at all. She doesn’t listen to her patients and honestly seems like she only cares about the money. I actually came to this practice years ago for braces and had a great experience, but this time around it’s been a complete no. When I had my braces on, I asked her about my progress and when they might come off, and all she said was, “As per the contract, you have payments until X date, so we’ll remove them then,” which made it feel like the timeline was based on payments instead of the treatment and the progress of my teeth. When it came time for removal, she even scheduled me wrong because she assumed I was going to pay extra to get retainers made by the lab instead of receiving the ones included with my braces package. Now after all of this, I’ve gone through THREE pairs of bottom retainers that don’t fit correctly. At my last visit when I went to pick up the 3rd ones, she literally told me, “they fit perfect,” while they weren’t even going down over my molars. Then she said it was because of my wisdom teeth — yet my other pairs fit over my molars just fine, and their issues had nothing to do with that. After I expressed that to her, then she had then had them fix them a bit so they can fit around my molars (so clearly they weren’t “perfect”) however, these current ones are still loose: if I press one side down, the other side pops up, I can literally pop them off without trying, unlike my top ones that actually fit securely like they should, one of the teeth is super tight and you can literally see how the mold is not properly formed according to its shape and the plastic is already caving in because of the gap. Her only solution? For me to pay so the lab can make them. The front desk and dental team are great, but that doctor is a NO. Not once did I feel like she actually cared about fixing the issue or making sure I was satisfied. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here just to feel dismissed. I am extremely dissatisfied as retainers are a crucial part of orthodontic treatment, and if they’re made wrong, your teeth can literally shift. AVOID HER!!

Pésima atención!!! Mi cita era a las 4:30 y me ante dieron a los niños a las 5:40. Es una falta de respeto que hagan tantas citas al mismo tiempo. Horrible la la espera y la mala atención.

Llevo 2 años y pico asistiendo con mi niña a esta clínica donde es una lástima que tenga excelentes doctoras, y tal mala atención departe de las muchachas de la recepción, te ponen el horario que les acomoda a ellas y encima de eso te tratan mal. Te hablan de una forma grotesca, siempre y cuando no tengo quejas de la doctora Martha Ortiz es espectacular, y la ontodoncista es buena también, creo que los jefes inmediatos van a tener que ver que pasa con el servicio de from desk(recepción) gracias

Llevo 2 años y picó atendiendo a mi hija en este dental y resulta que cada ves que tengo consulta de ortodoncia con ella todas las consultas me las ponían antes de la 1.00pm, después de tantos quejarnos mi esposa y yo, mi esposa logró hablar con la doctora de ortodoncia y nos arregló el horario, la última consulta que tubo mi niña, en el from desk atendieron muy mal a mi esposa, una muchacha blanca, alta de pelo negro.

Me siento super ofendida con el trató brindado a mi hijo de 2 años, las asistentes que me atendieron sin empatia, sin carisma, la doctora que nos atendió en vez de ser amable y empatica con el niño, que siente mucha sensibilidad en su boquita y no tiene ninguna condición, no me quiero imaginar como será el trató para con los niños que si tienen una, se sentó, no regresó con mis hijos, pésimo trato.

Para mí no es lo mejor porque no dejan que los niños puedan entrar con sus padres para que se sientan más seguro ,ya que en otras clínicas de niños si dejan así los niños se sienten más seguros

Hoy 28/4 no se si lo tomen como una queja sino más bien una sugerencia deberían tener más atención yo entiendo q son bastantes pacientes pero para eso están los appoinment , el mío fue a las 2 pm para extracción y me atendieron a las 3:pm mi niño de 6 años todo ese tiempo allí esperando , viendo a niños de hasta 13 o más años terminando sus procedimientos y nada, ya porq les preguntaba a varias enfermeras, fue dado por olvidado es como las segunda vez q me pasa es una lastima porque son amables las enfermeras y la doctora pero deberian buscar soluciones para esto !

Una pregunta que tipo de plan aceptan?
