this office has poorly handled the covid 19 pandemic. other office's have separate waiting rooms for sick or well patients. other offices have the property personal protective equipment to take care of their patients. I have been paying for health insurance for years, and every time that I've had something as simple as laryngitis, I've had to seek medical attention at the urgent care in order to receive any type of medication. My insurance calls for a $75 copayment at the urgent care and $100 in the emergency room. Meanwhile, the primary physician is a $15 copayment and I have been unable to see my doctor more than 1 time in 2 years. My son is 14, small children are very badly being affected by the virus and his pediatrician is allowing in person visits. they are even offer rapid and pcr tests in the pediatricians office. Hospitals and urgent care centers are a last resort, but for patients like myself, these are the only resources we have, because our primary care provider chooses to only hear our voice over the phone. From what i understand, antibiotics are harmful when taken and there is no infection present. if I am prescribed an antibiotic over the phone, how is this supposed to help me. the doctor is blindly treating me for something that he isn't sure i even have.

Doctors are great! However, the staff is rude and do not work to accommodate patients needs. The whole office is very unorganized. It is almost impossible to make an appointment. Giving it 2 stars because of the doctors, but besides that, the service is terrible.
