I visited this doctor's office today for the 1st time..There were 4 dark colored people including myself sitting in the waiting area..After sitting there for about 45 minutes a Hispanic lady walked in spoke to the lady at the front desk in Spanish then instantly walked to the back. Us dark colored people sat for about another 10 minutes here comes another Spanish person same thing..I got up voice what I just saw ask for my $40 co payment and walked out. The clerk just gave me my money says nothing..I left then I return and ask to speak to the office manager who as probably the doctor's wife because she brushed it off as if I was stupid and said the Spanish folks ask to sit in the back .okay yeah!right you'll keep blacks separate from others. Racism in this office.

Be careful everyone these guys may try to scam you billing you for no reason even if you paid cash. That’s what happened to me. Then they sent this fraudulent charge to collections . And when I confronted them about it all they’re doing is giving me the run around and avoiding my calls. That is so unprofessional. I would think twice and three times about coming to this clinic. Biggest mistake I’ve made. Don’t make it too.

What can i say to about this group of people, The Office manager Laysa is amazing she is a people person and her customer service is through the roof. The team is excellent, Dr. Cuba is wonderful and let me say I have never met anyone like their Echo tech Juan; he is a God send and I will always thank God for these people. 🙏🏽

Dr. Martinez was patient and solved all of my questions and doubts; He even adjusted his agenda for my appointment: It was scheduled according to my availably. I'm very thankful. His team was also, very caring and patient. I was very well taken care of.
