From the very start, my experience with Prestige Plastic Surgery was smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. The two front desk girls were always so sweet, friendly, and welcoming every visit felt comfortable thanks to their kindness and positive energy. My coordinator, Adrien, was incredible! He made the entire process effortless, guided me through each step, and answered every question with patience and care. Ana, the manager, was also amazing she’s professional, understanding, and clearly takes pride in making sure every patient’s experience is flawless. The surgical team was outstanding from the prep staff to Nury who was by my side when I woke up, everyone made me feel safe, cared for, and genuinely supported. Even the lady who was cleaning was so kind and friendly you can tell that everyone there truly enjoys what they do and cares about creating a positive environment for patients. And I have to give a very special shoutout to my post-op coordinator, Keyla. She’s truly one of a kind. From the first time I met her before surgery until now, she’s been the sweetest, most caring person. She helps me through all my anxieties and the millions of questions I constantly have for her always answering with patience, warmth, and genuine kindness. She goes above and beyond for her patients, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Love you girl! 💕 Finally, the biggest thank you to the GOAT herself Dr. De Leon. No one compares to her when it comes to creating the most beautiful, natural-looking results. I had a breast lift with her just one week ago, and I’m already obsessed with my results my friends even thought I had implants because that’s how amazing her work is! She’s not only incredibly talented but also so sweet and humble. You can tell she and her team take great pride in their work and care deeply about every single detail. If you’re looking for a surgeon who will give you the most stunning, natural, and lifted results Dr. De Leon and her team are the only ones you need to see. My experience at this clinic was amazing. From the staff to the doctor it was great. I came in for lipo360 and chin lipo with Dr.Deleon. She was very kind and listened to all my concerns. I did not experience any excruciating pain when i woke up whatsoever just soreness and I was up and walking with no issues. Dr. Deleon also prescribes great medications and they’re not expensive at all for the amount you get! In terms of staff I dealt with Vanessa, Kayla, and Elia the most. They’re very nice and always have a smile on their face! Never once had a bad interaction with them. Elia is so gentle with her massages and gets all the fluid out ! In comparison to other places where I was rough handled. And Elia is very funny lol. Overall I had an amazing experience and would recommend coming here!!

What can I say about Prestige! I love Dr.Deleon and her staff! Everyone is so sweet and helpful and Dr. D is really the person everyone says she is! She is down to earth, she is humble, she is so sweet. I love her!! You will not be disappointed if you trust her gifted hands. Now let me tell you about Keyla my MA! She is amazing! She’s my girl fr. She’s patient, she’s kind and she’s so sweet! She goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her. She was there from the moment I woke up from surgery until after my post op appointment and I truly value and appreciate her and all her help! Last, but not least, I have to tell you about mama Cuba. Her real name is Ely- and her hands are pure magic! She was my masseuse and I wish I could come back to Miami just to go to her! She takes her time and she mothers you, and loves on you! I love her to death! We had a language barrier but even with that you can feel the immense care and love that she bestowed upon me! I highly highly recommend her! I would choose Prestige 10000x over.

I am currently six days post-op from my breast augmentation, and I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. DeLeon. Her bedside manner made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident going into surgery and was so kind to my mother who was anxiously accompanying me. Wow! What can I say! I had such an amazing experience at Prestige Plastic Surgery! My surgery was 9/3 with the best of the best Dr. Deleon! This was my 2nd round BBL/Lipo with Ab Etching! Dr. D did her thing! I already had a great foundation from my previous round and Dr. Deleon did exactly what I asked for which was to be more Vixen shaped! My body looks amazing at almost 3 weeks post-op! As a travel nurse, Working with Dr. Deleon was amazing! She is so precious with a wonderful bedside manner! I just feel like as a woman, she gets it! I'm so grateful to have encountered her beautiful spirit and be touched by her gifted hands! Can't wait to go back for her to re-do my breast aug! 2ndly, I want to say, My girl Elia! HANDS DOWN BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST TO EVER DO IT! She is one of the most precious Cuban ladies I have met! Such a gentle spirit and soul! She calmed all my anxiety during those painful massages. She has the gentlest hands and also went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my post op care! 3rdly, to the medical assistant Keyla! She journeyed with me every step of the way after my surgery! She had such an understanding and caring spirit and was kind enough to ensure I was satisfied with the entire process! To Hanna and Adrian! By far the sweetest and most down to earth customer service operating assistants ! They made sure all of my paperwork was complete in detail, also making sure things ran smoothly prior to my surgery and after! Lastly, Big shout out to Claudia and Anna! They both overall made my experience smooth as managers which is so important in my opinion. Everything starts with the head! In speaking with Claudia, my surgery coordinator, she was so kind to make sure all the loose ends were tied up in every capacity to ensure I had a great overall experience! Anna was extremely personable with me! Very genuine spirit! She even honored me for being a nurse, taking on such a profession, and that alone, showed so much humility in my opinion, giving me the confirmation that I need to know I made the right choice in choosing Prestige as my surgery center! Please people, if you are ever considering plastic surgery, don't hesitate to look into Prestige! They are not like a lot surgery centers in Miami. They exhibited friendliness, patience and offer a very calm environment that makes you feel comfortable initially, and confident upon leaving! I will choose them over and over again! Omg Dr Deleon did her big one on me. She so sweet and nice and kind. The best treatment I ever had was at prestige. From the deposit with Claudia my pre op appointment and to my post op appointment. They really care before and after surgery. Hanna did my post op and Keyla did my pre op appointment very nice. They listen to me when I got out of surgery and they really took care of me . If you’re looking for somebody to do your breast and a back lift Dr Gwendolyn Deleon is the beast at it.

This is by far the most unprofessional clinic I have ever dealt with. It’s clear the management has no understanding of how to properly run a business. The staff’s overall attitude is consistently rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. A clinic operating this way has no business

Just had a 360 tummy tuck. My stomach looks amazing so far! Dr Deleon is amazing!! And the anesthesiologist (can’t remember his name☹️ )is so warm and welcoming and funny😂😁 ‼️ Kayla in post op is so nice and very professional and informative. Aned at my initial sign up and payment was super helpful! Since I’m in San Diego everything had to be done over the phone. It was done professionally. Thank youu all‼️‼️
