Este lugar para mi es lo peor del mundo,, llevo 2 dias enteros llamando por telefono y supuestamente me salen unas telefonistas q solo recogen llamadas y q no me pueden atender,, hoy incluso pedi hablar con una supervisora q tambien me engañó pq son las 4 pm y no me han regresado la llamada,, estoy bien decepcionada,, horrible

Wish I could give this place minus 100 stars but it’s impossible. These people can’t even give you the right information. They say they want to help you but they really don’t, and they lie just to get by. How can people still do business with them, especially doctors, is beyond me. Completely unprofessional and lacking patience. I admit I was angry when I called because I’ve been dealing with a collections notice of a bill they never sent me two years ago, but as a “professional” they should have been more sensitive to my particular problem. They don’t want to proof what kind of service was provided, and they expect me to pay. I’m calling fraud. PEOPLE BEWARE, THIEF is a small word to refer to them.
