Dr. Rafael Ortiz is excellent! He took his time to listen to me and explain everything in detail. Very academic! Great bedside manners. I highly recommend him.

The doctors are both excellent. The HUGE problem is the wait. No consideration is given to time at this clinic. Appointments are scheduled during doctor's lunch hours so there is absolutely no chance you will be seen on time no matter what time you show up. I have been bringing my grandmother her for 10 years and NEVER ONCE has she been seen on time. If it wasn't for the fact that they are such knowledgeable doctors i would have changed her to a different doctor years ago. Today's appointment was at 1:00pm. At 2:15 she has yet to even be greeted by the doctor.
