Yo fui atendida hoy por Dr Ramiro Nieves y lo recomiendo síegamente si necesitas un orthopedico excelente. Su staff, puntualidad, y el servicio son realmente incomparable. Tuve muy buena experiencia en mi visita hoy.

Dr. Nieves was rude in my last visit because he wants I know any thing what he never explained. do not go also after 3 month of surgery visit for pain and he told me "MAYBE YOU HAVE THE LEG MORE LONG" IF THE LEG IS MORE LONG HE LEFT MORE LONG. AND ALSO THE HOSPITAL KENDALL ORIGINAL WAS A DESASTER.

my mom showed up to the hospital for her knee replacement and insurance was covering the surgery. he showed up to the hospital and demanded cash up front before the surgery "in case insurance doesnt pay". we refused and he just left the hospital and disappeared and left my mom in the pre-op section. i am a physician myself and this man is a scam artist and has a history of doing this. do not take your loved ones to this terrible doctor.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Nieves he’s caring explained the procedure in layman’s terms , was patient. And asked me if I had any questions or concerns. He’s staff is professional and extremely caring.. I recommend Dr. Nieves 💯.

From the moment I walked into his office, the staff and Dr. Nieves were very professional. I had surgery to my R shoulder. Everything went well. Shoulder is doing great. Never had a problem. 😎

This Doctor is extremely unprofessional. He screams at his staff which they are actually very nice and helpful. He speaks to patients in a very rude manner and rushes through the consultation.

First Time Visit - Making the appointment was easy enough, filling out the paperwork by printing out the forms online before the appointment was a plus. The place was nice, clean, and quiet, and the secretary at the front desk was courteous and helpful. However, the meeting with the doctor was a disaster. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I was brought in by one of the staff members into the door past the waiting area. The doctor did not see me in a private office, but rather right there in the hallway where his staff is. The whole interaction was very strange and unprofessional to say the least. I had taken some results of a few exams I had done due to pain on my shoulder and limited range of movement. He was just standing there in from of his secretaries, took a quick look at the exams and ask me to move my arm around, but no attempt whatsoever for a thorough examination. Then he began pushing for a steroid shot almost like a salesman. I had to suggest that maybe a MRI exam might be a good next step (due to my prior experience with my other shoulder). He gave me the referral for the MRI, and said that I would still need the steroid shot after the MRI, while he chuckled.. in front of his staff.. Very very unprofessional. Needless to say I'm not going back for a second appointment.

Muy pero muy mala la comunicación de las personas asistente al Doctor Ramón Nieves, mal educadas, groseras, cuelgan el teléfono, tratan al paciente mal y por teléfono cuando atienden no dejan hablar para exponer el caso, realmente decepcionado y molesto quede, mi recomendación es que se informen bien antes de asistir a dicho consultorio!!

As soon as I walked into Dr. Nieves' office, I was impressed by how clean it was. The office staff was very professional and helpful. I never felt rushed while being with Dr.Nieves as he took his time to explain all the results of the xray and different treatment options. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is one of the few doctors that shows humanity and compassion toward his patients.
