Rating NEGATIVE stars!! Absolutely to worst ugliest meanest unprofessional staff in existence!!

i dont know the doctor he might be a great doctor but i made an appointment and cancel on time but still charge me for the visit which i never had and i cancel on time and ahead of time but got charge. thats not good.

Worst service ever!

Dr. Calonge is good, but his staff is the worst. If you call they place you on hold and then hang up.

Prepare to wait over an hour past your appointment time to be seen. Office staff is quite inefficient and their processes are outdated. Typical medical treatment for Miami, overbook appointments for a turn and burn payout. I have never seen the doctor, I have always been directed to the PA on staff even in emergency cases. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes and still not being seen, I walked out. I DO NOT recommend this office.

I have been a patient of Dr Calogne since 2009 and he is an amazing Dr.. he is very knowledgeable and patient. He takes his time with his patients and he doesn't rush you just so he can go see the next patient. He takes his time and answer all your questions and orders whatever tests are necessary to make sure you're ok. He is a very calm and patient Dr and doesn't get upset if you ask a lot of questions like I do lol And he does that with everyone. He's a really great guy and the staff is very helpful.. the staff goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.. if you ever get a chance to meet ester or Nivea or Christina they will always be there for you and take care of all your needs and especially Nivea if she says she's gonna do something she does it. The staff is always helpful and caring and they help you and truly hope you always feel better and if not they work together to make sure you're ok. Dr calogne and the staff def make me feel like one the family no matter how long I been away and that's why I drive from homestead to mercy to see them bc no Dr or staff makes me feel the way they do and I appreciate everything they have done for me for the past 13 years. thank you Dr calogne and staff you guys are the best

Best advice I can give, is to call ahead of time before any appointment to make sure you will be seen. I took my father for a lab test (you have the convenience to do it in the office, instead of going to Quest or any other facility) he waited for over 1 1/2 for the lab to be done. The staff claimed they were full of patients, but when we got into the office there were no patients at all. Second incident: Today (Dec. 14, 2022) my father had an appt. For an ear irrigation, the staff told us to wait and then, we were informed that the cleaning could not be done because they ran out of supplies.

Dr Calonge has been my primary care physician for the past 16 years. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient and bedside manner is second to none. His office staff is extremely courteous and professional and always attentive to my needs. Dr Calonge and his staff are truly THE BEST!!!!

I loved Dr. Calonge and his staff so much that after my first visit, not only did i go back, but I scheduled appointments for my family members as well. I was impressed by his attention to detail, the way he listens and explains. His overall bedside manner is impeccable. The staff is attentive and go the extra mile for you. This office makes a not so pleasant experience ( for those of us that are terrified of doctors) as pleasant as can possibly be! They are the best!
