Richard Arboleda's Online Review Report Card

It is so sad how this office is handling the patients. They loose the stool collection and Dr. Arboleda does not listen to the parents. My son has been complaining of stomachache for a couple of days.I went to the emergency room more than 2 times and also I went to Dr. Arboleda consultation more than 3 times asking for a endoscopy or colonoscopy because my son eats and has very bad cramps and goes to the bathroom with diarrhea and bloody stool. The answer from the doctor let’s no go that far… really Dr? My son has celiac disease history and with his symptoms you should be concerned.Thank god I decided to look for a second opinion and guess what my son had the colonoscopy , the endoscopy and lab work. The results? he has Crohn’s disease and the labs were so bad! Please parents do yourself a favor go to Joe di Maggio. Nicklaus hospital and their doctors are not doing their job.

Doctor Arboleda took time to listen to my concerns about my daughter's health, he explained to me her situation, and thoroughly studied her case. He is so polite and professional. My daughter feels comfortable going to see him, I honestly recommend him.

Mi turno era para las 2:30 de la tarde,son las 4:00 y todavia estoy esperando,y la verdad bien molesta.

Super nice Doctor. Staff was also nice. I confused two doctor appointments that were on the same day and showed up earlier than I was scheduled to be seen. The staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

It is a pleasure to have a Dr like Dr Arboleda. He is humble, knowledgeable and a good human being. The problem is the team behind him . The coordinator for the prescriptions never answers the phone, or update you when you have an issue with a refill. In the voice message, she mentioned that she will return the call to you by the end of the day, but she never done, inclusive by the end of the week or after 2 weeks. I called several time and in the Kendall office the staff helped me (Claudia) when I was hopeless because the doctor was out of town.

My daughter Katherine was brought to Miami Children's thru emergency and Dr. Arboleda took care of her case, he is a caring, sweet, patient and very knowledgeable doctor. He takes time to explain well and makes sure you understand. I highly recommend him.

They made us wait over 2 hours with a sick child. They lost our test sample/results twice. Required countless phone calls just to be told I needed to collect a THIRD sample. Overall terrible and exhausting experience. I still have no additional information regaridng my daughters well being.

The Doctor Arboleda is amazing and caring for his patient. Great bedside manners.The only thing his assistant with prescriptions Vanessa is terrible, she doesn’t answer the phone, also she didn’t reply any message, that for my son didn’t have his prescription yet, and is 2ndays calling her without no answer. Hope he change her, and everything will be better.
