I had an appointment scheduled at 12:30 and arrived at 12:20. After waiting over an hour to see the dermatologist I left. This is unprofessional, if you don’t have the time to see a patient at the time given then don’t schedule the appointment. I live in north beach and drove almost an hour to get to this office to do nothing but Waste my time and money. If I could leave 0 stars I would fix your scheduling

I was a few minutes late to my appointment because I couldn’t find the office but they were very understanding and even then I was seen very quickly! Dr. Barber was very kind and very helpful.

Arrived for a 10:45am appointment and made to wait until 12pm. Front desk kept on saying "soon" while other patients who arrived later were seen before me. The other reviews must be paid because this was a frankly horrific level of service
