He is the best dermatologist there ever was. When he cuts out anything even on your face the scar just disappears. He really is the best

Dr. Kirsner is kind, personable, and without a doubt his professional knowledge and experience in dermatology shine. He diagnosed an issue that other dermatologists couldn't and prescribed a medicine that cured it right away. His staff is wonderful and so caring. Although it is challenging to reach his office via phone, the response is instant via the hospital portal. Now, all family members will be seeing Dr. Kirsner.

He is the best, I've been seeing him for a few years, after I saw many other dermatologists, he found out what I have and how to treat it. He works at several offices and is not hard to get an appointment with him.

Dr Kirsner diagnosed a difficult skin condition that I had and I was thrilled. Unfortunately, I have spent 10 days so far trying to get SOMEONE from his office call in a pre-authorization that I need for the pharmacy to proceed to fill prescriptions he recommended. On his office number , I press '4' for prescriptions & get a recording. I left my info and so far no one has called me back. No answers from email sent to the UHealth portal. He's great at diagnosing, but has no office support.

He is rarely in the office so scheduling is difficult, and if you have to reschedule plan to wait another 2 months. He doesn't listen well unless you are agreeing with him. He will spend two minutes in the room, I don't know if that is how they book him or what, maybe that is how the U of M works for all appointments or is it is only his office. I've been going for over 2 years and am only slightly improved over when I was referred here.

I've only had one appointment with the doctor and I must say he was very pleasant, attentive and thorough. I had a sebaceous cyst for over a year and it was resolved with just one visit. Minor pain, with only a few stitches for removal. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking this procedure.
