El 305 de Hialeah en la oficina de este doctorsito, in spanish and english. Primeramente nunca e hido a un doctor que te atiende en 1 minuto, y parece que no durmio bien y entro con cara de perro bulldog. Ni hablar de la gorda fea que tienen alante que no sabe ni entrar un paciente en el systema, parese una mujer barata de esas que se encuentran en las esquinas de bajo mundo de gente drogadicta. Pero lo mas triste, si te toca hablar con la vieja fea con cara de estropajo mujer de el medico te quedas con la boca abierta, que mujer tan chusma, gritona, e ignorante, no tiene clase ninguna. Dios mio ayudanos con semejante catástrofe en esa oficina. La unica que puedo desir que es una maravilla de persona es la asistente del medico, que muchacha tan decente, bonita, aregladita, te explica bien las cosas, ella lo hace TODO ahí, la veo corriendo de aqui para aya mientras que las otras brutas no saben hacer nada, Dios espero que le paguen muy bien a la medical assistant, no se como trabaja ahí con gente tan chusma y baja! The 305 of Hialeah in this doctors office. First of all I have never been to a doctor's office that comes in and sees you 1 minute, he must have slept wrong because he had a bulldogs face. Let's not even talk about the ugly fatty in the front that doesn't even know how to enter a patient in their system, she looks like a cheap woman that you see on the streets of low class drug addict people. But the sad sad part is if you get to talk to the doctors wife, oh God this ulgy old lady with a face like a sponge is very chusma(no class), talks screaming and is so very ignorant. God help us with such catastrophe in that office. The only one I can say is amazing is the medical assistant, she is so decent, pretty, does her hair, super nice, she explains things very clearly, she does EVERYTHING there, I see her running everywhere in the office meanwhile the other two dummies don't know how to do anything, God I hope the medical assistant gets paid really good because honestly I don't know how she works there with people so cheap and vulgar!

Pésima atención, tremenda chusmeria, me cobraron de más, mí copago era $5 y me cobraron $20, y cuando le pregunté a la que me atendió en la ventanilla me dijo que me cobraba eso porque yo estaba enferma, que poco profesionalismo y ética tienen, que ni siquiera saben tratar a un paciente, una tal Cristina también toda chusma, sin educación y sin ninguna ética profesional cuando llamé para exponer mi inquietud y que no estaba contenta salió a la defensiva de todo lo que le decía, muy raro que contesten hay que dejar mensaje y regresan la llamada cuando les plazaca a ellas.

How Dr. Fojo has not fired his staff is BEYOND me. I’ve been trying to get pregnant and I just found out that I may very well be (took 4 at home tests and they all came back positive), so I was very excited to call in and make an appointment to confirm with a blood test. Would you believe that the secretary actually told me “you’ll probably get your period any day now, don’t come in.” AFTER I’d told her about the 4 positive tests, by the way! She was extraordinarily negative the entire conversation, even going as far as to ask me if I would “bother keeping the pregnancy.” THIS WOMAN DOES NOT KNOW ME. How dare she make such accusations and say such negative things not knowing how hard we’ve been trying to make this happen. I refuse to have negativity around me during what’s supposed to be such a wonderful time of my life. I hope that he fires his front desk staff because he is going to lose a lot of business with such incompetence.

Mi experiencia con el doctor excelente El me ayudó atraer a mis dos hijos, he recomendado con el amistades y todas en mi familia son sus pacientes, para mi es el mejor doctor ,Roberto Fojo!!

Very Disappointed. 20 years visiting Dr Fojo, The moment a health concern emerged is when I learned his true level of care. The front desk employee is unpleasant, rude and unapproachable. I Have a new Dr who took an interest is investigating the root cause of my issue.

I write this review, simply to share my experience and encourage others to always trust your instincts. I have been a patient of this practice for around 20 years and would only visit for my routine annual checkup. Thankfully, I was always healthy and really never presented any concerns…until recently. I began experiencing abnormal bleeding and consulted Dr. Fojo. I scheduled an appointment with the office to discuss my concerns with the Dr and because it’s not a well visit, I knew I would have a co-payment. I went to the office and paid my visit, No one took my weight, no one took by blood pressure, the Dr walked into the room and sat in a chair and before I could even explain, he commented my symptoms were due to age and that I was likely pre-menopausal. I asked if there was something that could be done and he said he would order diagnostic studies to try and determine the cause; he never examined me. The studies were completed and I have a small fibroid that might be the cause for the bleeding. This result was shared with me by the staff over the phone, he never got on the phone to explain. I decided to seek a second opinion and this new physician ordered lab work that indicated my hormones are fine, but upon examination found a polyp that was removed in the office and might be the cause for my abnormal bleeding. I know what this practice was a few years back and I know the type of care Dr. Fojo previously provided. The current front desk girl makes you feel like she is doing you a favor, extremely cocky and horrible attitude. Some advice…people don’t visit a Dr because they don’t have better things to do. You really should treat people how you wish to be treated. As for the Dr and attention to care, I can only assume there is now greater focus on the aesthetics provided in the office. I am happy with my new Dr and wish anyone reading this review to never settle for less.

Tremenda mala atención me dieron una cita para lunes 1 de la tarde pido el día en el trabajo y cuando llega el día me dicen que no tengo cita . Perdí el día por gusto no le recomiendo este lugar a nadie .

I’ve never written a negative review about anyone but I just really felt the need to speak up for other women that are in my shoes. Dr. Fojo and his team are all equally unprofessional and inconsiderate. He attended to me after I was admitted into the hospital for a possible Etopic. I didn’t even up having an etopic but I did have a miscarriage. I found out I was miscarrying through his front desk lady (which I had to call SEVERAL times because they just left me hanging)..he didn’t bother calling, answering my request to speak to him or didn’t even schedule a follow up. Fast forward a few months I get several positive tests but within a day and a half I started bleeding..his front desk lady just blew me off by saying you’re not pregnant you have your period. She told me it was also pointless to go to the hospital. I was seeing my another doctor who confirmed I had an yet another early miscarriage.

Toda mi familia se ha atendido con él y han tenido la mejor experiencia y por seguro que domina lo que hace con mucha sabiduría.
