They Scheduled me at 1:00 pm. Waited until 2:30 !! I had to leave to go back to work. Tells you how much he cares about his patientes.

Waiting room in Coral Gables is packed like sardines. Expect to wait for hours. People waiting standing up because there are no more chairs. Facility operates like a factory. Most staff is rude and act as if they are doing you a favor. Doctor Khouri is short tempered, impatient, and rude. He yelled at his patient, my 92 year old mother and me for no reason. The only staff member that is good is Mabel. I hope she soon finds a less toxic environment to work in. The office manager is awfully unprofessional. My son was scheduled to see this doctor for surgery but after my experience with my mom I quickly cancelled and found another doctor. Staff members are posting good reviews. Look at the names.

Surgical office staff Excellent. Follow up care at regular office is a nightmare. Feels like a factory. Waiting room was full. Well over 40 patients waiting. No masks, No social distancing. I left messages over a 2 week period at his Miami office post my moms surgery. Never got a call back. I want to stress the Key Biscayne facility was superb. His Miami/Coral Gables staff is atrocious. This Surgeon even yelled at my 92 year old mother. I understand Jennifer RN Patient Care coordinator from Humana has also been trying to reach him to no avail Marlene Collazo Office Manager is especially rude. she appears to lack any compassion for patients. Apparently at some point during her examination the doctor injured my mother. I tried to call the office to tell them and they hung up on me and threatened me with a lawyer. I strongly recommend looking for another provider if possible. I see below in other reviews the staff responded to a patient and discusses in detail particulars about that patients care. So much for HIPPA. These are not good faith actors. Save yourself unnecessary grief and anxiety. Unfortunately like so many in the health care field they have became jaded and seem to care only about their next paycheck.

This facility is the best! I broke my wrist January 6. They seen me the next day January 7 and did my surgery January 10. Everyone there is so nice and caring. My doctor was Dr. Koger and his assistant Daniel are amazing! They calmed me down and insured that I’m in good hands. The whole experience was just nurturing and smooth. The therapy staff Daniella, Jorge and Sandra are super caring. They make sure that you are comfortable and will always give awesome words of encouragement. I’m beyond blessed to go through this process with them. Thank you so much guys!!

Dr. Khouri operated on my girlfriend's finger and she is 100% happy with the outcome. Her years of finger pain is now completely gone. Dr. Khouri is not only a great hand surgeon but he is also a wonderful person. Thank you Dr. Khouri for help us
