I am very please with Dr Nuñes care. My 4 years old daughter was getting sick a lot. She was about to be scheduled for a tonsillectomy adenoidectomy with the ENT. I dicided to take her to Dr Nuñes first. The inmunologic test that he orded and his treatment ( pnemo vax 23 vacine) was exactly what she needed. She hasn't been sick for weeks. Most problably she wont need surgery. Thank you again Doctor Nuñes.

Dr. Nunez listened to my concerns and not once did I feel rushed. He explained everything in layman's terms and was very patient. I even asked questions about my son and he answered those. I did eventually bring my son and he spoke to him about his asthma and treatment plan. He showed an interest in his activities and connected with him on that level. Hard to do with an eight year old who does not like the doctor. Yes the wait may be about twenty minutes but it is worth it if you are waiting too see him.

On Saturday 01/26/2013 I had the most negative experience at Springfield pediatrics with whoever call herself "doctor Nunez" very nasty and unprofessional thing I ever encounter. Rolling eyes on me every time I was explaining about my daughter symptoms, she was in such a hurry that she said " I don't care about the past just tell me what is wrong with her referring to my child, how come she doesn't care about the history? How can she even send a prescription without knowing that my daughter is been treated with allergies symptoms for the past 4 years? I can't believe this person is a pediatrician, my veterinarian treats my dog even better than this arrogant treats her patients. I think Dr. Lozano should be more careful with the people he hires, at the end is his name and business on the line, thanks to the staff at the office my daughter was seen by Doctor Rita which is indeed a professional in all the meaning and today my daughter feels better than yesterday.

He was very helpful treating my little girls asthma. He sat down with me and explained in detail the medications and why they were needed daily. I finally feel comfortable with her Advair, and she's never been better.The office seems brand new and the nurses were sweet. It did seem a little busy when i went during an afternoon, and i did have to wait about 30 minutes, but otherwise no complaints.
