I went to go see Dr. Razzouk for the first time approximately 3 months ago. I was satisfied with her care and she seemed very thorough however, the office staff is not helpful at all. They do not care about patient care. Instead of giving me options to find a solution, they continue sending me elsewhere without having any empathy towards my care. I would recommend the physician, but her team is not accommodating at all

The best PCP I’ve ever had. She takes the time to listen and actually physically assess you. She has great bedside manner and makes you feel like she cares. Highly recommend.

First time visiting this doctor today and so glad I did! Dr. Razzouk listens and takes her time, you can tel she truly cares about her patients and their concerns. I look forward to continue to see Dr. Razzouk. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Razzouk is very knowledgeable, very friendly, easy to talk to. She's thus also quite mentally dynamic, and simply comprenhensively competent. I recommend her.

Dr. Razzouk is an amazing primary care physician. I started seeing her as a patient about 2-3 years ago. She is caring, compassionate and thoughtful. She truly wants what’s best for her patients and will go above and beyond in delivering the best care to achieve that. I recently have been dealing with new/scary health issues and Dr. Razzouk has been attentive and responsive every time that I’ve needed her. I trust her fully and I highly recommend her to each person looking for a primary care physician. You will not regret seeing her.

First visit with her and it went very well. There were no long wait times and I was seen immediately. She addressed all my needs and was very caring and professional :) I highly recommend her!

Terrible! I am referring to her office and their billing practices. Over one year after one of my visits, I began receiving phone calls from a collections agency. It turns out that my medicare had not paid for that visit, because of how it was submitted by the doctor's office in the first place. And, rather than contacting me or sending a bill, they only and simply did nothing for over one year, then turned my name over to a collections agency. I've been suffering a nightmare since May. Since then, I tried dozens of times to talk to billing department for Baptist Health Medical Group. They never answered!!!! I even began to contact other numbers at the corporate level for help, but incredibly was still never able to talk to billing. The voice prompts for that number have no option to speak to someone. I tried many different ways, hoped that those I spoke with would help me get connected with that department, but by the end of July, I gave up. Shocking!!!
