He listened to me and took his time to process everything I had to say. He knew quickly that something was off and I needed to be checked out thoroughly. It was quick and straight to the point. I had a great experience

My interaction with the support team starting at being greeted after exiting the elevator all the way through including the check in, medical assistant, and the check out was nothing short of fantastic. My visit with the doctor also exceeded all expectations. He treated me like I was a part of his family. Outstanding job by everyone!!

Dr. Rothman is good. He is concise and professional. The worst part is his Coordinator, Brandy Espada, she never answered the phone.I even called front desk, they told me they left a note to her. She is in office. But she didn’t call back. There is just no way to get to her, that means, to follow up, So I cannot schedule a test. Now I looked at google reviews. Other people has the sam problem as me. I should have listened to the google review, never think I am the special one. Unfortunately, that situation forced me to change a doctor just because there is no way to schedule anything after the first visit.

The worst experience, I waited for 1.5 hours for my 1st appointment that lasted 15 mins, Dr. sent me to take some tests and I have spent a MONTH calling many times during different days and the assistant/coordinator NEVER answers the phone, so my issue was never resolved and my follow up appointment was never scheduled. Don't waste your time and money here!

Initial appt Sept 20. Scans done Nov 1. Zero follow up. Can’t get anyone on the phone to deliver results. Left several messages. I wouldn’t recommended this place unless you don’t care about your health (because they don’t).
