HORRIBLE! I wouldn't recommended for you to go to this dermatologist office! Let's starts off by the receptionist she was so rude and have a bad attitude. Because I was 5 minutes late for traffic they reschedule my appointment. Plus, they didn't tell I have to go 10 minutes before because I was a new patient. Even though I was late, I was the last patient in the lobby it wouldn't be bother for a doctor to attend another patient! I am not planning to go back to this office. I will find another dermatologist office with a better service. Not like this office where the receptionist are rude as well as the doctor. I give this place one star because there is not an option for a zero star review! WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

Worst worst worst office ever!!!! Just the staff alone, they dont answer phone calls, they dont confirm appointments !!! THEY HUNG UP ON ME THREE TIMES!!! Do not waste your time and effort even coming here its not worth it!!!! The manager was useless and a liar!!!

Most places about which I was concerned were treated with the freezing spray. One bump on my arm is apparently not cancerous, but very irritating, and Dr Koves was unwilling to do anything for it.

Dr. Amini is very knowledgeable, thorough and listen to the patient concerns. He takes the time to examine you and to explain his findings. He is very honest in telling his patients that consistency is the key to success in treatment. He care about his patients. Highly recommend.

The best doctor in Miami. Great services. My mom was treated for rosacea and believe me, she went from having such severe condition symptoms to having her skin almost perfect in a Couple of treatments. Highly recommended

If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Koves I would. I have been struggling with melasma for quite a while and for years I have been looking for a cream or any non invasive solution to my facial dark spots. I have purchased countless creams that promised results like any other only to be disappointed and with less money in my pocket. I have also been prescribed Hydroquinone, only to get the dark spots back. Well, I found Dr. Koves Instagram and saw one of his patient’s pics/results that seemed unachievable after all I have been deceived and had little hope. Dr. Koves listened to my concerns and calmly and unpretentiously prescribed his MAGICAL cream. The cream is prepared by a pharmacy and sent to your house free shipping and the price is super affordable. The first week I started using it, I could see the results!!. Not only in a matter of one month erased my facial melasma but my skin looks so much better and plumpy since it also helps to generate collagen. I am beyond happy, I am so glad
