Be careful in the amount they charge you they’ll tell you one amount and they think they’re giving you a discount and they’re not

Sage Dental on Bird in Miami (FL) refused to perform a regular cleaning because I didn't agree to a deep cleaning - an out of pocket cost of $874. I talked to the office manager, Isabel Peredes, and she confirmed refusal of service stating that they are the professionals and they do not follow the patients' requests. This dental office feels more like a car dealer than a healthcare provider. Very disappointed.

I was not happy with the dental teeth made for me. They already knew I had a gold tooth but the dentures was made with silver clamps making me look like a clown. I was told that's what my insurance pays for. I asked if corrections can be done and was told no. I was told my only option was to upgrade which would cost me over a thousand dollars. After a credit check approval I was placed on a payment plan which now create a hardship for me. I'm very unhappy with the entire situation. 😠☹️😢

I had surgery at Sage West Miami, the surgeon is only in once every other Thursday. My face swelled up and I was in the absolute most horrific pain, even passing out from how much pain I was in. I called to see if I can come in to see any dentist just to get a prescription for an antibiotic for this swelling, they REFUSED to let me see a dentist because it wasn't the one that did my surgery. They actually wanted me to wait with this pain for day's until the surgeon came in. WHY they couldn't just let me see a dentist in the office is beyond me. If you have an emergency, DON'T WASTED YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY WON'T HELP YOU! This place is gross inside, puddles of water all over the floor last time I went, at least I hope it's water. The front office has no hospitality and even answer the phones like they are annoyed before even talking to you. I'm dying right now and have a face swollen like a balloon and they won't let me see a dentist for help. Go ANYWHERE ELSE!

I was just harassed by the front desk manager for a previous poor review I wrote for how horrible the front desk woman treated me. The manager and the other front desk worker, who refused to tell me her name, ganged up on me and was antagonizing me for writing a bad review about them. Whoever is in charge of the front desk manager, please remove her. She was condoning this behavior amongst her staff and joining in on harassing and questioning me. I will be contacting the better business bureau about how they harass and gang up on their customers, if they're even apart of the bbb. The previous bad review was because I was in severe pain wanting to see a dentist and the girl put me on hold for 20 minutes trying to blow me off. If you try calling in the morning they won't answer until after 830, even though they are open at 8. The work ethic and the attitudes of the front desk manager and other front desk woman are completely unacceptable.

Not professional people. Be careful because they try to do up sales. They told me that I have a gum disease and it was only to get me to add extra treatments.

I have never been to such an unorganized dental office. The staff is replaced on a monthly basis. They owe me a refund and I have never received it.
