The associated allergist business office has been a nightmare to deal with for the entire 5 years i was a patient. The last episode they never sent me a notice i owe them money and sent my bill to collections with a huge collection fee. i tried to work with them to pay the money i owe, but the lady on the phone raised her voice and could not be less helpful. Its clear they cant manage the basics of running a business. Expect headaches if you want to be a patient of theirs.

Best experiences with a doctor I've ever had. Dr. Garon is the only doctor who has taken the time to really listen to me and explain my treatment plans in detail to make sure I full understand everything. She really goes above and beyond to make her patients feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of. 100% would recommend.

Our pediatrician Paul Martin referred us to Dr. Garon when our 7 month old had an allergic reaction to eggs upon eating them for the first time. Obviously we were a ball of nerves. I had created a list of questions in my phone of everything and anything I could possibly imagine to ask. Well, Dr. Garon was absolutely amazing with our son. We had to have a skin test to make sure he had a true allergy and found that also PB was an allergy. Dr. Garon gave us instructions on what to do to handle these food allergies and also gave us her personal email to message her with any questions, outcomes, etc. She is extremely thorough and cautious and took the time to allow me to ask alllll my long list of questions AND THEN before leaving the room would ALWAYS ask again are there any other questions you have for me. Not once did I ever feel talked down to, rushed, or guilty for asking what I call silly questions. She recently "discharged" our now 2 year old because he has outgrown his allergy to eggs. Also, I have to say the entire staff is very patient and understanding and loving because our son was refusing to eat the eggs at his food challenge but they gave us time and he finally did it! Yay! We are actually very sad to leave Dr. Garon because she was such an amazing doctor to our son but very happy to not have to worry about his allergy issues anymore! I would highly recommend Dr. Garon to anyone and everyone. She is such a gem!

Our 13-year-old daughter has been seeing Dr. Sarah Garon for her asthma and eczema for almost two years. We are so fortunate that we made an appointment with Dr. Garon - she is outstanding (wonderful bedside manner - she is a terrific listener, and warm/thoughtful and she is extremely knowledgeable (even about new treatments)). She recommended Dupixent for our daughter and it has changed her life - she no longer has asthma incidents or outbreaks of dry, cracked, bleeding skin from eczema. All of the time and energy that she used to spend on taking asthma medication, applying creams and wet-wraps, and being embarrassed that she has eczema is now spent enjoying life, family and friends. Dr. Garon has been such an advocate through-out the whole process, from educating us about the new drug and helping with insurance to making our daughter comfortable with taking the shots. She hasn't just been our doctor; she has been our daughter's champion. We are so grateful and highly recommend Dr. Garon.

I was visiting Chicago last month, when I got sick, and I was so happy Dr. Garon could see me. She was great! No BS. Just a great doctor. I was in and out, and feeling better in almost no time. Thanks Dr. Garon! I hope I don't have to see you again, but if I lived in Chicago I would.

My children see Dr Garon for their food allergies, asthma & eczema. We have had a wonderful experience with her for the past 2 years. She is always available and spends a lot of time with us answering all questions. She always calls us back herself with test results which is a big deal for me because I always have extra questions for her. She is kind and patient with my kids. I was a little surprised to read the below review because she is anything but condescending. She really knows how to reach her patients on any level.

I took my 2 year old daughter in to see Dr. Garon after being referred to her and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. She demonstrated care, compassion, knowledge, and incite throughout our entire appointment. She listened carefully and thoughtfully to all of my concerns and addressed them in detail, along with her plan of action. My daughter needed a skin test for food allergies and Dr. Garon walked us through every step and made the process smooth and pleasant. As a concerned parent never having dealt with allergies before, I can only hope that my kids always be taken care of by the best, and I felt EXACTLY that. I felt so comfortable knowing my daughter was in such great hands. My daughter did not even shed a tear (Which is a rarity when we visit ANY Dr!) I would recommend Dr. Garon to anyone needing a pediatric allergist. She is Excellent!!

Never in my life have I experienced such a condescending doctor. My husband and I visited Dr. Garon with our toddler. She came recommended by our pediatrician as an allergist who would listen to our concerns and our son's symptoms and test him for only what was necessary. Our questions were met with passive-aggressive, dismissive expressions and responses that questioned why we were even there. I have never been so mistreated by a doctor or felt like I wanted to leave in the middle of a consultation.
