Dr. Culpepper Pace has been my Dr for the past 7 years and she is very caring she does a very good patient intake she is hands on in checking the body and all painful areas. I highly recomend her. She has a wonderful bedside manner.

They tell you to be 30 mins early before your scheduled appointment….Be prepared to wait 3-4 hours past your scheduled appointment. The office staff say she always takes her time with her patients which is wonderful but needs to be done in a timely manner. Especially if you are going to schedule appointments 30 mins apart! Our appointment was at 3:30 , we checked in at 3pm we waited 3 hours and was told it would be an hour longer wait at this time it was already almost 6pm and there was another gentleman whose appointment was at 4pm. Just not acceptable to have people waiting that amount of time and her office staff even said she wonders why the office staff is gone when she finishes seeing all her patients around 8pm (the office building closes at 6pm) mind you we traveled 4 hours from another city to see this doctor had to adjust work schedules to accommodate making this trek to see this doctor. If she cared so much about her patients her and her staff need to learn how to reassure and make the patient comfortable. Also need to be aware of time management! Very upsetting ! So upsetting that we don’t even want to give it another try. My poor mother suffered waiting and all the walking she had to do to get there and was treated as if she didn’t matter. That’s what the doctor needs to realize yes you may be making the patient she is seeing feel amazing that she is taking her time but it’s unacceptable to have the others waiting up to 4 hours in a lobby. Sad.
