Sergio Jaramillo Md's Online Review Report Card

Pesimo servicio por parte la oficina del Dr. Sergio Jaramillo. El Doctor es muy bueno y muy atento pero el staff de su oficina es lo peor!!! no solo se equivocan enviando las ordenes para los estudios o examenes sino que en algunos casos tampoco nunca los envian. En mi caso llevo 6 meses luchando porque la secretaria envíe a la clinica del sueño del Baptist la orden para mi estudio de apnea pero no solo la han enviado sino que nunca contestan el telefono ni devuelven las llamadas. Solo hace unos 3 dias una secretaria me dejó un mensaje dejandome el numero del Baptist para hacer la cita para lo de la apnea. Cuando llamo a hacer la cita me dicen que no hay ninguna orden enviada para ellos por parte del medico. Hace una semana tuve un mini-stroke y solo espero que no sea causado por apnea. Es increible tanta incompetencia y neglicencia por parte de su staff.

If I could give negative stars, I would! Sergio Jaramillo is the rudest neuro physician I have ever had to engage with. Go talk to your mother, wife or daughter like you have no respect for women, like you tried to with me, because I was not the one! I will be filing a formal complaint with Baptist Hospital and the Board of Neurology. Maybe next time you’ll think about who you raise your voice at!

The facility was a factory type of setting and very unprofessional. This is not a place you go to for quality care or respect of your time. Wait time to be expected is anywhere between an hour and 15 minutes and more despite your appointment. Go somewhere else

The doctor was too busy to explain and take care of my concerns. Office staff does not return calls nor take care of pending problems as promised. Overall the level of care and commitment to the patients is substandard.

Dr. Jaramillo is an amazing physician. He truly cares for his patients and their health. He makes sure that all questions are answered and does everything that is needed in order to diagnose a patient properly. I recommend him to anyone looking for a Neurologist.

Neuroscience Consultants is the worst practice I've ever had to deal with.

The doctor is great, the staff NEVER picks up my phone calls, never replies to voicemails. I am in pain with migraines and no one returns my call. It is exhausting.

My Mother has been a patient of Dr Jaramillo since 2011Excellent Doctor.Takes the time to explain everything to the family. His bed side manners with patients is Blessing

This was my first time seeing Dr. Jaramillo and he was very knowledgeable about my concern about migraines. He fully listened to everything that I had to say and was very empathetic. I can’t recommend Dr. Jaramillo enough, as he is very professional and caring. Great experience, so I definitely recommend him!
