Shari Klinger's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Klinger is the BEST Primary care Doctor I've ever had and sweet person. She is caring patient Understanding very informant. Gives me her time and listens to my concerns and makes sure to answers my questions thoroughly. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor. I also want to thank the staff for the Amazing hard work they do.

I have been waiting for NINE MONTHS to book an appointment. I called in January, February and March for Dr. Klinger - no response and no appointment. At one point, I called with Blue Cross Blue Shield/Florida Blue on the phone with me to show them that I was being denied the opportunity to book an appointment with my primary care provider, Sheri Klinger. While Blue Cross & Blue Shield was on the phone, they told us both that they had appointments available that week to see Dr. Klinger, and all I had to do was fill out an online form and they would call me back right away. They never called. Nine months later, still no calls and no appointments. Florida Blue forces it's customers to pick a primary card physician for their records so I chose Sheri Klinger - she was probably the worse choice I could have made!

Dr. Klinger might be a good Dr., but I will never meet her because her business process is the worst I have ever experienced in my 64 years. I've been trying to get an appointment to see her since January 1st 2021 and just found out today February 10 2021 that I can't see her until March 29 2021. I wasted several hours calling, writing, filling out forms, etc. trying to get an appointment. If you're a new patient, don't bother.

Dr. Shari Klinger is a great , wonderful caring doctor. I highly recommend her.

I would give 0 star but it is not an option. This doctor is the definition of "air-head". She say one think on the appointments with you and doesn't communicate with the office staff, therefore when you go back for your requested lab works, the staff have no idea on what to do because they don't have the order from the doctor... This was not only on 1 occasion, but every single time I've been there. Today ...

This was not only on 1 occasion, but every single time I've been there. Today was the last time this looneytoon wasted my time. I am changing doctors. I had a 9am lab work appointment for blood test about my fatty liver (this is no joke). At 9:40 I am still there because they can't find the order from the doctor... The doctors was RIGHT THERE in front of me and she didn't do a thing!!!! This was the last straw. What a disrespect to my persona and my time!!! I should had picked up that something was wrong, right from our 1st appointment, when she started a conversation about my life in general, for about 1 hour (ONE HOUR!!!) and suddenly her pager goes off and she tells me that she needs to leave to the hospital, WITHOUT getting to the point of my visit and my health. AGAIN: What a disrespect to my persona and my time!!! I'm done with this people, I am never going back there again!

Excellent doctor, one of the only Doctors you will have that isn’t in any hurry at all...Focused on the patient...

Phenomenal Physician. Dr. Shari Klinger is a beautiful person who is caring, knowledgeable and extremely welcoming to her patients. I have been her patient for a few years now and am extremely happy with her and her amazingly friendly staff. Thank you Dr. Klinger.
