Shari Klinger's Online Review Report Card

I have been waiting NINE MONTHS to make an appointment with Dr. Shari Kilinger. I called in January February and March no call back for an appointment as repeatedly promised. So one time I got my health care insurance on the phone with me Blue Cross Blue Shield and we called together. The woman who answered said she had appointments available that week and all I had to do was fill out a form online which I did and no call back. She lied to both of us. Its September Im still calling but no answer and no call back. Is this office even open? Is this person even a doctor? Is it medically responsible to ignore your patient for NINE MONTHS? What do I have to do to get an appointment with my own primary care physician? I can understand waiting a few months to see the doctor but waiting nine months to schedule one with no success is illogical unprofessional and the very definition of medical incompetence. If you want a doctor that doesnt care at all CHOOSE THIS ONE

Dr. Klinger might be a good Dr. but I will never meet her because her business process is the worst I have ever experienced in my 64 years. Ive been trying to get an appointment to see her since January 1st 2021 and just found out today February 10 2021 that I cant see her until March 29 2021. I wasted several hours calling writing filling out forms etc. trying to get an appointment. If youre a new patient dont bother.

I would give 0 star but it is not an option. This doctor is the definition of airhead. She say one think on the appointments with you and doesnt communicate with the office staff therefore when you go back for your requested lab works the staff have no idea on what to do because they dont have the order from the doctor... This was not only on 1 occasion but every single time Ive been there. Today was the last time this looneytoon wasted my time. I am changing doctors. I had a 9am lab work appointment for blood test about my fatty liver this is no joke. At 940 I am still there because they cant find the order from the doctor... The doctors was RIGHT THERE in front of me and she didnt do a thing This was the last straw. What a disrespect to my persona and my time I should had picked up that something was wrong right from our 1st appointment when she started a conversation about my life in general for about 1 hour ONE HOUR and suddenly her pager goes off and she tells me that she needs to leave to the hospital WITHOUT getting to the point of my visit and my health. AGAIN What a disrespect to my persona and my time Im done with this people I am never going back there again

Excellent doctor one of the only Doctors you will have that isn’t in any hurry at all...Focused on the patient...

Phenomenal Physician. Dr. Shari Klinger is a beautiful person who is caring knowledgeable and extremely welcoming to her patients. I have been her patient for a few years now and am extremely happy with her and her amazingly friendly staff. Thank you Dr. Klinger.

Dr Klinger is amazing. She has the best bedside manner. She makes you feel like youre her only patient.
