The staff is super rude. The doctor has changed and no longer provides good service. He doesn't even call back

The staff at this office is the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Jazmine who is also known to be the doctors family member, said that due to two missed appt. I was no longer allowed at their office. Mind you, I had a phone appt with the doctor at 2:30 pm and since I work, i took my 15 min break and waited for his call. The doctor decided to call me when it was convenient for him after 2:45 pm & I was already on the clock at work so I missed his call. Jasmine started yelling & telling me that I had two missed appts. I explained that I never miss any appts and couldn’t understand why they had me down for 2 and not 1. Jazmine insinuated I was calling them liars so I told her, I never said you guys were liars so stop putting words in my mouth and act like a professional which is what you get paid to do. I asked about the first missed appt. which I had no knowledge of, she told me it was some time in April. They scheduled for labs & then canceled my follow up visit.

Amazing Doctor!

Dr. Sohail is a solid physician, I have no complaints about his tactics or his expertise. He is very calm and takes a great deal of time to explain his findings and making his patients comfortable. I wish I can say the same about his office staff. I was so disappointed with my interaction with the administration. Originally, I went for an annual visit, which they call it a "diagnosed visit" which they asked me to pay for, instead of being my free annual preventive checkup. His staff was adamant about collecting, even when I tried to explain my case to them, they had some weird jargon from the insurance that they couldn't explain clearly. After several minutes of futile back and forth, I decided to pay because they told me I would not be seeing for my blood work results unless I PAID FIRST!!!. Extremely unprofessional and bottom line hyperfocused. When I finally got to see the Dr. I expressed in confidence my discontent and my experience with the front office staff, he apologize

Extremely thorough. Used images and props to explain my medical issues. Does not rush. I’ve been a patient since 2007.

Excelent profesional and a good person. I have been a patient of his for several years and also my family, and always the environment has been very professional. He treats his patients with accuracy, in addition to practicing a more comprehensive type of medicine.

I made a very poor choice chosing this Dr. Has Not a clue what is he talking about, has send me meditation for other situations far from my Needs. I am scared what he prescribes to others , PLEASE Becareful !......
