Terrible doctor and even worse stuff at this office! Doctor misdiagnosed and did a bunch of procedures that i never need it! Their office always lies with appointments and terrible wait time! Just avoid them at all cost…

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for a few years and I think he is great. I have never had a reason to complain about him at all, my issue is with the staff, the waits are long and the office staff is not attentive. Trying to get staff on the phone for an appointment is impossible. At the moment, I am waiting for an appointment which was supposed to have been scheduled by one of his staff. Dr. Shah informed in our last visit, someone would get back to me. This was a month or more ago but no one has called me .I have tried on numerous occasions and today 6 times already and I am put on hold for long periods of time (10 minutes or more) and I end up having to hang up since I am at work. I have now at 3:40 today tried calling again, and the phone keeps getting picked up and hung up. This happened 4 times, I truly love Dr. Shah and would hate to change him but it is impossible to try to get his office to get back to schedule appointments and I am extremely frustrated.

I was hit with a $700 bill for them using an out of network lab. No warning or heads up. Just a $700 bill 4 months after the procedure. Stay away. He will also tey to upsell you into other cash only procedures. Again. Stay away.

There’s no wait time. The staff is very friendly. The doctor have great bedside manners and he’s very attentive and informative to his patients. I am very pleased with my visit. Thank You

Gastro Heath is probably not a good place to have medical procedures done because their customer service stinks. As a patient with any facility, I'd like to reach them for any inquiries about myself. I had a procedure on March 23, 2023; Today is 4/11/23, and I still need help to contact someone at Gastro Health, Dr. Somal Shah's office. I called numerous times to be on hold excessively and then hung up. The call disconnections were not accidents. I'm unsure of the circumstances with Gastro health, but certain things are Unacceptable for any business, especially Health care, which should be the utmost priority. People share information because I was overheard talking about Gastro Health, and someone pointed out they went through the same circumstances.
