Best doctor and pediatrician I've known. Always answer my questions, and when you call the answering service, the doctor calls back and addresses the concern. I recommend Luaces MD and his wife. Also the office is beautiful painted.

La atención más pésima q allá visto desde el personal de enfermería ,y más pésima aún la dnlos doctores ,la doctora avía capote es la persona menos profesional tiene un carácter súper déspota ,sin gota de ética profesional ,chusma ,no entiendo cómo es posible q todavía esos doctores estén ejerciendo ymátratando con niños q de paso tienen q tratar con los Padrés,si le dices q uieres q te refieran a tu niño a un especialista te dicen quien es el doctor Tú o yo horrible trato,el servicio del frente pésimo también

Today I take a time to review this medical office, because this is the only way I have to express my feeling about it. When the Doctors loses the SENSITIVITY towards his patients, he ceases to be a good doctor even if the diagnoses are accurate. I know my daughter is a number for you, but is the world for me. The business needs to improve in a costumer services and management because is a children’s factory. Unfortunately, not all the children are healthy.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE!! Today we had the worst experience at this office which is sad because Dr Luaces has always been a sweetheart and we have been going to him since he took care of my youngest son in the NICU when he was born (7 years). But Today we had an appointment which we scheduled weeks in advance. My husband took time off work and took the kids out of school early and when we arrive we are surprised by Dr Luace's wife which has to be the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever dealt with. She tried to state she couldn't see my kids because there was a note from supposedly Luaces stating that one of my kids will no longer be seen here and SHE ASSUMED that maybe we had an arguement or something with them in the past. We were super confused and my husband called me. I was also confused because the doctor loves my oldest autistic son and til this day remembers his name and even has told him that he sees him all the time because his daughter attends the same school. I asked her to please call him to clarify because nothing has ever happened and we even called to make an appt and that was never mentioned. She insisted and then tried to tell me we hadn't even been there since 2020 so why are we there now? WHAT kind of comment is that? And she is also incorrect because we have proof of our visit March 2021 when we came in for a consult and they gave us the prescriptions for our sons ABA therapy. I even sent her a picture and she would never admit that they have some issues with their system instead accused me of lying and then started changing the story assuming once again that one of her nurses signed for the doctor. Then she said a comment about "we don't need you guys to come to our office and lets hurry because I have to go get my daughter". How is that my problem when we took off time to come here. This lady might be a doctor but she lacks basic people skills, professionalism and is as uneducated as they come. I told my husband to leave and we will be changing doctors due to this lady and the front office which obviously follow the example of Dr Capote with their horrendous customer service. Always arguing with each other out loud in front of a busy wait room.

Dr Luaces and Dr Avis Capote are among the best pediatricians. Very kind people. Old school doctors more interested in your child health than in charging insurance for unnecessary tests. I really recommend their services and loving care. My daughter Ivana is superhealthy thanks to their advice.

Es una lástima que siendo el doctor luaces un excelente médico tenga tan pésimo equipo de trabajo y su esposa parece mentira que siendo doctora no tiene educación para lidiar con el público .

I have a new born and this doctor made me sit in a car for 3 hours Just for something simple didn't even take 5 minutes inside His staff are Rude And if you work in a doctor's office the less you should know is English
