I moved from Los Angeles to Miami late last year, and was very concerned about having to find a new pain management doctor here. Not only is my pain managed incredibly well by Dr. Michelle W., she has also introduced me to new healing modalities which I am very excited about. Everyone in this office is kind and they have made me feel so very welcome.

I have been a patient for about a year or longer but unfortunate lately I'm having many problems due to I'm not getting my medications and last month I was out of my pain meds for over 14 days. I still don't understand where is the problem coming from? The Publix pharmacy is making all kind of stories, including that is something to do with the manufacturer but when I try calling the Dr. office and leave messages, it is very hard to get thru. Finally Dr. Bruce Mann send another Rx prescription but instead of my regular Oxycontin 15mg , he ordered Percocet 10mg w Tylenol. Something that I never took before and also don't like to take Tylenol, but I guess don't have anyother choice, since I'm in a lot of pain. I will wait to see this Dr. next month and explain the situation. Unfortunate, it did not happen that way, because when I went to see him, I saw his assistant instead. But I explained the situation loud and clear, so she can explain to the doctor. But when I went to pick up my medication, they only had the 30mg XL, but not my Oxyconting 15mg? Again I called his office and spoke to his nurse. Went over everything again and she told me that the Dr. was busy but she will tell him and call me back, which she did later. Then she stated that the Dr. was going to order the Oxyconting 10mg, but whe calling the pharmacy, they stated that they have not received any order from this doctor. Now one more time I am with not medication again? I must tell you that due to several major back surgeries with implants, including neck surgery, vascular surgeries and history of Cancer 3 times, etc. I'm in constant pain. So I hope I get help asap!

Dr.Bristow has been my pain management doctor for 5 years and always I have been feeling comfortable and cared. She has always been concerned with my chronic pain giving me a helpful treatment. I had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Michelle Weiner and the staff at Spine and Wellness Center of America. If you are experiencing pain, she is the best. I wet to the office at Mercy Hospital Professional Building but there are several locations available.

Dr. Michelle Weiner is an outstanding Pain Physician ! She is very caring, compassionate, kind, and patient. Dr. Weiner has the characteristics and bedside manners of an “old-school” physician, with an impressive up-to-date knowledge base of her specialty far exceeding her colleagues in the field, especially in Medicinal Cannibis. Dr. Weiner’s office staff are also very caring and accommodating. Overall, a very welcoming and amazing experience.

Let me be clear, this review has nothing to do with the overall performance of this business nor the talents of its doctors. What I have issues with is the non-performance or lack there of Spine and Wellness's billing department. An attendance by Dr. Anijar at Jackson South Memorial Hospital, no less a doctor that is not in network with my insurance, concluded in the first week of September 2020 and an invoice was statemented September 30, 2020. Low and behold, this invoice was delivered by the USPS until November 27th, 2020. Don't even blame the election on this ineptitude of the person in charge billing, for if the envelope was placed on blind snail's back, it would have crawled from Broward to Pinecrest eons before the November election. It's obvious to me, that the owners of Spine and Wellness Centers of America are not overly concerned of getting paid for services rendered. Nonetheless, for care givers in the business of elimination or reduction of one's pain, they should by no means be inflicting unnecessary pain on their patients. So OK, who does not have doctor's billing issues of one kind or the other.? It's going on 3 weeks, I called and left messages; sent emails; internal messages sent; and tried to register on the site with no avail. Hence, I let you form your own conclusion, for if I do, it's going to be some unchallenging expletives. The only thing I can say at point, if this bill goes to collection, it's not going to be pretty!!!
